Customer service is great! I ordered several mats and carpet tiles, but I received two different patterns when I opened the tiles. I called customer service, and Casey was very helpful! She was very nice and concerned about the situation, and she handled very quickly. She sent out 2 cases of the correct tiles on a Friday, and I got the correct order at the beggining of the week. Thank you!

Once again Mad Matter has come through Once again Mad Matter has come through. As a return customer, this time I ordered a mat for in front of my kitchen door. Upon receiving it and putting it down I noticed it didn't lay flat there were lumps in the middle. I contacted Customer Support and sent several pictures. They FedEx ed a new one and it is perfect. The 2 customer reps that took care of me are Casey and Ben. They both did a fantastic job resolving my issue. I would highly recommend Mad Matter !
