The feltcave is really nice, customer service is not. The feltcave is really nice. Cat went bazooka on it. Mostly playing with the cave, not yet sleeping in it. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that I wrote customer service directly after my order but I never got a reply. I had a question about my order (about 4 free mouses, but because they did not answer my question, I did not receive the 4 free mouses as promoted).

My kitties have totally migrated to… My kitties have totally migrated to this as soon as I brought it in!...my orange Maine Coon loves it most but has to share it with his considerably smaller brother. Happy place for rescued cat We have two feltcaves for our 4-year-old Siamese. He just loves them! He is a rescue cat, abandoned in the wild. Initially very timid so his caves were his safe, happy place. They helped him adjust more easily to his new forever home. And he looks extra handsome in his black & white cave that coordinates perfectly with his coloring. 😹

Impulse purchase, going to buy a second! I bought this on a whim because it looked cute, and I’m now probably going to buy a second one! My cats both really like laying on top of it rather than in it, and they’re constantly trying to get the other cat off it so they can use it. It’s really well made and the color I picked looks nice. Customer service reached out to confirm the address, which was also cool. Definitely recommend!
