Thus far my experience with Good Chop… Thus far my experience with Good Chop has been real positive. Great selection of products & fair pricing for the quality offered. By not having to purchase meat in the grocery store is really cost effective. They quality & selection you offer is great. You know what your getting upfront, you only need to purchase vegies or sides to go along with what is already sitting in your freezer. I find it a plus... Deciding to make changes to your order are extremely easy as well, I found the crab cakes, while very good size & plenty of meat, not for me...it was nothing more than a few clicks of the buttons & my change was complete.

Delicious and Convenient Knowing that the beef I receive is 100% grass fed means a lot to me. That there is no antibiotics either. It tastes delicious and the cuts are just right. I like the convenience of order and delivering as well.

My last order was delayed because of… My last order was delayed because of weather somewhere, and when I received it, it was thawed and had an internal temperature of 46°. Non-usable. I filled out the form they sent via email, and they apologized and said a new order would be sent right out. As I haven't seen a replacement order nor heard from anyone, I called customer service, and the woman was quite nice and helpful, yet I still haven't heard a thing. They've had my money since March 26th for a product I couldn't use. I think their product is better than Omaha Steaks (my previous supplier), but their Customer Service leaves a lot to be desired. If this isn't fixed, I may have to go back to Omaha. Product Quality 9 Stars Customer Service 0 Stars

Damn Good Meats! Damn Good Meats! Fresh, natural and a clean taste on the tongue. No hormones or antibiotics and every cut of meat I've cooked is delicious and the only seasonings are salt and pepper, nothing else. Happy about my Good Chop purchase, thanks to advertisement on TikTok. 🙂 I've already shared with friends and family, hopefully they order their box too.
