I Love the beef products I've eaten I Love the beef products I've eaten, however; the last two ribeye steaks I ate were just a little bit tough. Nothing like what stores try to pass off as edible, but just a little tough. The ground beef is delicious as was the ribeye steaks. The pork is to die for, and I'm able to cut it with a fork. Keep up the good work. Kudos to you...

Wonderful meat, fish and choices Informed delivery is great idea. Meat and seafood are delicious. Glad that the idea behind this company is sustainability and humane treatment of animals. Good choices every month. The only drawback was that I didn’t care for the taste of the mac & cheese. Everything else in the box was fabulous.

The salmon is full of bones. The salmon is full of bones. Wasn’t expecting this and was very disappointed. This should be in the description. I thought the first order was a fluke because only some had bones in some of the fillets. This last shipment all of the fillets have had bones. We have been very happy with everything else.

The chat person was quick and helpful… The chat person was quick and helpful -- made sure to order me ADDITIONAL DRY ICE since I live in South Florida and my shipment was delayed another day and came to me thawed. She sent me a new box and that's exactly what needed to happen. Maybe South Florida is too far from you guys if this happens again, I may have to re-think this.

My last order was delayed because of… My last order was delayed because of weather somewhere, and when I received it, it was thawed and had an internal temperature of 46°. Non-usable. I filled out the form they sent via email, and they apologized and said a new order would be sent right out. As I haven't seen a replacement order nor heard from anyone, I called customer service, and the woman was quite nice and helpful, yet I still haven't heard a thing. They've had my money since March 26th for a product I couldn't use. I think their product is better than Omaha Steaks (my previous supplier), but their Customer Service leaves a lot to be desired. If this isn't fixed, I may have to go back to Omaha. Product Quality 9 Stars Customer Service 0 Stars
