USMy last order was delayed because of… My last order was delayed because of weather somewhere, and when I received it, it was thawed and had an internal temperature of 46°. Non-usable. I filled out the form they sent via email, and they apologized and said a new order would be sent right out. As I haven't seen a replacement order nor heard from anyone, I called customer service, and the woman was quite nice and helpful, yet I still haven't heard a thing. They've had my money since March 26th for a product I couldn't use. I think their product is better than Omaha Steaks (my previous supplier), but their Customer Service leaves a lot to be desired. If this isn't fixed, I may have to go back to Omaha. Product Quality 9 Stars Customer Service 0 Stars

USThe beef is wonderful The beef is wonderful. The ground beef is awesome. The fish is just ok. We live in South Carolina, so fresh fish versus frozen tastes better to us.
