Meat & fish in good conscience The meat and fish are fresh and well packaged. I love the fact that the animals were well cared for. The latter is the main reason I buy from Good Chop.

My last order was delayed because of… My last order was delayed because of weather somewhere, and when I received it, it was thawed and had an internal temperature of 46°. Non-usable. I filled out the form they sent via email, and they apologized and said a new order would be sent right out. As I haven't seen a replacement order nor heard from anyone, I called customer service, and the woman was quite nice and helpful, yet I still haven't heard a thing. They've had my money since March 26th for a product I couldn't use. I think their product is better than Omaha Steaks (my previous supplier), but their Customer Service leaves a lot to be desired. If this isn't fixed, I may have to go back to Omaha. Product Quality 9 Stars Customer Service 0 Stars

I am very pleased with Good Chop I am very pleased with Good Chop, I feel like I've found a friend in the madness of this world, someone who I can trust that will not lead the people astray. I believe that I will gain a meaningful relationship with this company, because I believe that they are delivering what I need naturally from the Earth, naturally out of the water, it is very important to eat the way my forefathers ate.

By not having to purchase meat in the grocery store is really cost effective. They quality & selection you offer is great. You know what your getting upfront, you only need to purchase vegies or sides to go along with what is already sitting in your freezer. I find it a plus... Deciding to make changes to your order are extremely easy as well, I found the crab cakes, while very good size & plenty of meat, not for me...it was nothing more than a few clicks of the buttons & my change was complete.

I Love the beef products I've eaten I Love the beef products I've eaten, however; the last two ribeye steaks I ate were just a little bit tough. Nothing like what stores try to pass off as edible, but just a little tough. The ground beef is delicious as was the ribeye steaks. The pork is to die for, and I'm able to cut it with a fork. Keep up the good work. Kudos to you...
