Although everything arrived froze and packaged well however, every package of meat that I've thawed for use I found that there is a slice in the packaging. Causing the juices will spill out of the package and all over the place. Not sure if this is done purposely or an oversight at the time of packaging. I have not received a new package, now was I advised one was shipped. If one was shipped, please supply a tracking number.

I was grateful to Essential Foods I was grateful to Essential Foods. The first order came packaged loosely and UPS delayed the order. When it arrived the ice had melted and the meat wasn’t eatable. I reached out to them and they immediately refunded the entire order, even the shipping and replaced the entire order. The second package arrived and it was double boxed with ice inside and out. The meat was frozen solid. Very pleased that the second time came out the right way and that they made good on the deal. Thank you !

Thawed items in box When I received this order, I had to sign for it at my front door. When I opened it, the dry ice had dissipated and the burgers and filet mignons were warm and I had to toss them. I would not have used UPS for shipping as there are a number of handoffs in non-refrigerated trucks. FedEx Next Day would have prevented this.

Package Came Quick, Meat is Delicious We received our package quickly and all of the meat was fully frozen. I realize this was a large sale event and was very thankful in the care taken to ensure our package arrived swiftly. The meat is so delicious, we are excited to get our next order!

High-Quality Meat High-Quality Meat! I got my first box delivered last week! The first think I noticed is none of the products have any additives and are All-Natural. So far I’ve tried the chicken and filets, they are amazing quality! My friend tried the pork chops and said they are better than any restaurant. Definitely recommend.
