GBDamaged to sealed packaging and meat just thrown into shipping box My package was delivered with no dry ice in the box. I had multiple sealed packages that were tore open and beef hotdogs were cut in half. Only the hamburger were in a carton the rest of my meat was just thrown into the shipping box. I was giving them a 1 star review. However after contacting customer service I am changing my rating to 4 stars because they agreed to ship me another order. They were very quick to rectify the issue with my order. I am happy with the response I received.

It was a box of meat that did not have any ice in it and don’t know how long it was traveling before it got delivered to me. The meat was brown color on some of them like the steaks. The blood was running down on other meats and one of the packages had a slice ripped open. I was disappointed and I don’t know if it’s any good. My daughter immediately put it in the freezer not knowing if it’s good or not. She was more upset than I was! I would like a refund immediately! If you want your meat back, please send me an appropriate packaging box because no ice was in the box and was ruined.

GBPackage Came Quick, Meat is Delicious We received our package quickly and all of the meat was fully frozen. I realize this was a large sale event and was very thankful in the care taken to ensure our package arrived swiftly. The meat is so delicious, we are excited to get our next order!

GBI am giving a 3 star for my purchase I am giving a 3 star for my purchase. The reason why is as follows. Although everything arrived froze and packaged well however, every package of meat that I've thawed for use I found that there is a slice in the packaging. Causing the juices will spill out of the package and all over the place. Not sure if this is done purposely or an oversight at the time of packaging.
