USI am giving a 3 star for my purchase I am giving a 3 star for my purchase. The reason why is as follows. Although everything arrived froze and packaged well however, every package of meat that I've thawed for use I found that there is a slice in the packaging. Causing the juices will spill out of the package and all over the place. Not sure if this is done purposely or an oversight at the time of packaging. Reply from Essential Foods Direct 3 hours ago George- our sincerest apologies for your experience. Please verify you got your new package. Thank you and we hope to build back your trust. I have not received a new package, now was I advised one was shipped. If one was shipped, please supply a tracking number.

USJust received my first order a few days… Just received my first order a few days ago and I'm super happy with the quality! I live all the way in AZ and I was a little worried about it showing up and still being frozen. It was frozen solid! Packaged well and looked great. Made the T-bones last night and they were amazing! Nice marbling and they had great flavor. Tomorrow I'll be making some pork chops! I'm hoping they are as nice as the steaks were! In my opinion, I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them. I'll be placing another order in a couple weeks.

USYou need to try this Meat!… The products arrived quickly and were well packed. I liked the price and I really like the products. We had burgers tonight and they were absolutely fantastic. We enjoyed the T-bones last night and they too were great! Thank you for the really high-quality meats you provide and you can count on us to be loyal customers! We love to support American companies supplying American produced products!

USGood meat, but not guaranteed a good fresh delivery Horrible and disgusting! The order came in a thawed and melted box with most of the meat warm. The dry ice was all melted and wet the interior of the box. Some packages leaked and there was blood inside the box. Due to my cancer I cannot risk getting sick off spoiled meat. So the whole order went to waste. I tried contacting business. All emails and calls were unanswered. As of today 11/06/23- the company just now reached out over 2 weeks later and I emailed the hello@essentialfoods email. UPDATE: As of 11/14/23- After obtaining the corrected email address from the company, they sent us a box of a similar order. We appreciate them trying to correct the problem, but the dry ice again arrived completely melted. However, this time most of the items were still frozen. The meats that we did keep and tried were good.
