The lobsters were perfect The lobsters were perfect, the soup was great. Used the bisque over the sea bass. The shrimp, crab and lobster filled pasta were something we won’t order again.

Uneditable stone crab I ordered 2 pounds of large stone crab claws, shrimp and 4 frozen crab cakes. I took the Box straight from the deliver's hand and put it in the refrigerator but was a little skeptical because it already smelled fishy. the next day when I went to eat the product only 3 of the 10 stone crab claws were edible The rest were just mush when you cracked it and they had a very fishy odor because I was entertaining I threw the smelly mushy ones away I did eat 3 even though the meat was not as firm as what I'd had in restaurants before. the next day after my party I emailed the company and they asked for pictures of the product I'd already thrown it in the trash because of the smell. Just want people to know if they want something done about a product that was not satisfactory don't throw it away and take a picture. Also the crab cakes and shrimp were excellent, so I don't know what the problem was with the stone crab, almost like it was over cooked or left in water too long.

I was a bit concerned because… I was a bit concerned because I was stuck at my office most the day and did not get home until about four hours after the items arrived on my porch. We’ve had some crazy hot days here in Los Angeles, and 3600 miles away from NY, so I feared the worst. But your packaging was perfect the dry ice was still functional and even the ice packs were still super solid so you guys came through beautifully on this order. Best of all, I had my family over for barbecue and we had the lobster rolls, as a delicious appetizer, and Chef Adam’s recipe was terrific and everyone was super impressed with the buttered Italian rolls. The Lobster rolls were "off the hook good". I'm not much of a cook, but the instructions were spot on, and everything worked out beautifully. I especially liked that the Spice Blend that was included, on the side, and could be applied to taste. The Clarified Chive Butter added, at the last moment, made me look like I really knew what I was doing with my family and friends. Arrived late and completely thawed out I placed two orders. The first one with the crab legs and crab claws came on time and were still frozen. The second order, which was my main order for a birthday dinner came a day late, and when I opened it, I could smell the seafood, and it was a warm smell. The lobster tails were thawed out along with the crab meat. My heart sunk, because seafood is not cheap. I threw everything away, because is was barely cold and the ice pack was half thawed out as well. This is such a disappointment for me. I don't think I will ever order seafood this way again

Great experience! I've placed a couple of orders now and everything has been delivered in perfect condition. I've tried the King Crab legs, a whole frozen lobster, lobster rolls, lobster meat and lobster stew. All delicious!
