Arrived late and completely thawed out I placed two orders. The first one with the crab legs and crab claws came on time and were still frozen. The second order, which was my main order for a birthday dinner came a day late, and when I opened it, I could smell the seafood, and it was a warm smell. The lobster tails were thawed out along with the crab meat. My heart sunk, because seafood is not cheap. I threw everything away, because is was barely cold and the ice pack was half thawed out as well. This is such a disappointment for me. I don't think I will ever order seafood this way again

Received my order of seafood dumplings… Received my order of seafood dumplings today. Overnighted & packed in dry ice, it showed up fresh. Got the shrimp, crab & lobster dumplings. Cooked the lobster dumplings tonight & they were fabulous! Plenty of lobster in the little dumplings as opposed to just filler. Good tasting dumpling sauce that accompanied it as well. Very happy with the purchase and the 1st tasting. Here’s a tip, don’t use too much water if you’re going to pan cook them. Mine started to fall apart before I added the oil to fry & crisp them. It’s all a learning process, but delicious even still!

This was my first time trying All Fresh… This was my first time trying All Fresh Seafood. I placed my order (I ordered the "Dumpling Trifecta", the Gumbo, and the Seafood Salad. The trifecta had an ample supply of the requested seafood. The Gumbo was great too. When it comes to the Seafood Salad, as someone who has could live on SS for the rest of his life, this is THE ABSOLUTE BEST Seafood Salad that I have ever tasted. My only regret is that it doesn't come in a bigger container. I do have one question regarding the Seafood Salad - how long can I keep it in the freezer? Thanks, and to all, I wish you good health.

Don't waste your money! I took a chance and ordered from this company. I unpacked the box 2 hours after it arrived (all packed in ice). When I went to put everything away, the cocktail shrimp had an absolutely horrible odor, and had white slime both on the shrimp and in the bottom of the container. They very reluctantly issued a refund for the shrimp (they wanted pictures, but the smell was so horrible, I immediately took it outside to the garbage bin). I reluctantly ate the crab cakes the following evening, because they seemed ok. 15 hours later, I became violently ill with vomitting and the worst cramping I've ever felt in my life. They haven't responded to my email. $170 thrown in the garbage. Never ever again!! All fresh? Ummm...all food poisoning.

The lobsters were perfect The lobsters were perfect, the soup was great. Used the bisque over the sea bass. The shrimp, crab and lobster filled pasta were something we won’t order again.
