GBUneditable stone crab I ordered 2 pounds of large stone crab claws, shrimp and 4 frozen crab cakes. I took the Box straight from the deliver's hand and put it in the refrigerator but was a little skeptical because it already smelled fishy. the next day when I went to eat the product only 3 of the 10 stone crab claws were edible The rest were just mush when you cracked it and they had a very fishy odor because I was entertaining I threw the smelly mushy ones away I did eat 3 even though the meat was not as firm as what I'd had in restaurants before. the next day after my party I emailed the company and they asked for pictures of the product I'd already thrown it in the trash because of the smell. Just want people to know if they want something done about a product that was not satisfactory don't throw it away and take a picture. Also the crab cakes and shrimp were excellent, so I don't know what the problem was with the stone crab, almost like it was over cooked or left in water too long.

GBGreat experience! I've placed a couple of orders now and everything has been delivered in perfect condition. I've tried the King Crab legs, a whole frozen lobster, lobster rolls, lobster meat and lobster stew. All delicious!

GBDon't waste your money! I took a chance and ordered from this company. I unpacked the box 2 hours after it arrived (all packed in ice). When I went to put everything away, the cocktail shrimp had an absolutely horrible odor, and had white slime both on the shrimp and in the bottom of the container. They very reluctantly issued a refund for the shrimp (they wanted pictures, but the smell was so horrible, I immediately took it outside to the garbage bin). I reluctantly ate the crab cakes the following evening, because they seemed ok. 15 hours later, I became violently ill with vomitting and the worst cramping I've ever felt in my life. They haven't responded to my email. $170 thrown in the garbage. Never ever again!! All fresh? Ummm...all food poisoning.

GBGreat Company! Not one who leaves reviews but made an exception this time. We have ordered from most of the large and smaller meat and seafood specialty online stores. Allfeshseafood.com is above and beyond in customer service. I chatted with someone about a discrepancy between an offer I received in an email that was not the same as what the web site showed. I was told it was being forwarded to a supervisor to review. Later that evening, Saturday evening, I received an email from one of the owners. I replied after placing an order and got a reply the next day stating he was taking care of the order. I received a phone call Wednesday evening from another one of the owners stating there was an issue with one of the items and left me his personal cell phone number to follow up. Package arrived Friday morning well insulted and all items accounted for. We have tried 3 of the 4 items we purchased and all were great. From our experience, you cannot go wrong ordering from them. The owners are hands on and committed to the business.
