The one time there was a problem with an order, their customer service took care of it immediately. I'll continue to order from them.

Good delivery of tasteless dumplings Ordered the trio of seafood dumplings as well as lobster items. Everything arrived in good condition and were immediately place in our freezer. For my husband's birthday, I prepared 2 of each for us, according to the directions. They looked good - but not enough meat (mostly filler) in the crab and lobster dumplings to tell one from the other. Also didn't like the flaky wrapper - the shrimp had a proper Asian dumpling around it and a bit more flavor. All together very disappointing. Had seen it on Facebook and left comments on someone else's post about a similar reaction. Your company left a reply to PM them with phone or email address (which i did) but have not had a message, only ads and request to rate the other items. So you looked good on FB but I won't be ordering anything again.

Shrimp dumplings are tasteless. Chef used million of black peppers is not a real Chef ! No wonder it is cheap compared to Maine and Alaska.
