Great products!! The delivery was very quick and products arrived without breakage. I picked the wrong style of oil burner but they get used for other purposes. I got a snake pipe too which is fun and good hitting! I'll be ordering more stuff when the need arises.

It's all good! I've placed a few orders now and they were well-packed and arrived quickly. They are the only online store that carries a particular glass downstem that I have a habit of dropping. Then I read a few product reviews and treated myself to a great freezer steamroller and another glass pipe. I'm happy!

doesn’t sit right The weird round glass joint doesn’t sit in the opening well, so it rattles around. Also, this wasn’t the right measurement, despite checking multiple sites for where to measure the length. Waste of money, not worth trying again. Edit: Steve has emailed me three times, pestering me to update this review so here we go. They refunded my money, which is nice, but this glass piece is undoubtedly awful. I took it to a local head-shop and we tried this down stem on multiple pieces. It sits an inch outside your piece, and the ball joint makes the down stem unstable, so it rattles around when you remove the bowl to clear it. I do not recommend anyone buy this down stem.
