Great little product Great little product. Shipped super well wrapped, even though the box arrived partially crushed (due to USPS handling) the glass piece inside was in perfect condition. Pipe itself is smaller than anticipated but still just what I needed; simple and easy to clean.

Best handled business You guys were the only company I could find that sold singles for a good price. Ordering was easy it was delivered quickly really. I'm completely satisfied with my order & would highly recommend you .

Great products!! The delivery was very quick and products arrived without breakage. I picked the wrong style of oil burner but they get used for other purposes. I got a snake pipe too which is fun and good hitting! I'll be ordering more stuff when the need arises.

What made my experience great is that… What made my experience great is that even though my piece arrived broken Steve was quick to respond and replace my piece and send the replacement out the same day. The 2nd piece arrived with a chip on the mouthpiece I did a quick fix with some duck tape to make it more special and let him know and he honored it with a $20 gift card! Amazing customer service I give 10 ⭐'s

How did it go? It was just a good experience on their website.I've never ordered my pipes and stems online before and it was my first time.Everything was easy to see, very good and quality pictures of the products and almost precise descriptions.I would recommend them to anyone new or veteran of paraphernalia websites. The ordering and delivery process took less time than predicted and easier than i thought it would be,thank you very much.
