I looked at alot of sites before… I looked at alot of sites before placing my order through this company. The quality looked good and the prices are more than competitive, some places wanted twice the price for something not as nice. The shipping was faster than anticipated and properly packaged. Definitely a company worth giving your business to, they seem to really care about customer service and even reached out to ensure that I received my delivery and that it was everything I had been expecting. It's all good! I've placed a few orders now and they were well-packed and arrived quickly. They are the only online store that carries a particular glass downstem that I have a habit of dropping. Then I read a few product reviews and treated myself to a great freezer steamroller and another glass pipe. I'm happy!

Lava lamp bong looks awesome but…… The piece I got was super nice untill I tried to clean it out.. I got the lava lamp bong but in dumping the water after my first use, I got some in the middle & it’s impossible to get out.. so now my bong had mold in the middle of it & I can’t use it anymore I only used it for 2 sessions…

doesn’t sit right The weird round glass joint doesn’t sit in the opening well, so it rattles around. Also, this wasn’t the right measurement, despite checking multiple sites for where to measure the length. Waste of money, not worth trying again. Edit: Steve has emailed me three times, pestering me to update this review so here we go. They refunded my money, which is nice, but this glass piece is undoubtedly awful. I took it to a local head-shop and we tried this down stem on multiple pieces. It sits an inch outside your piece, and the ball joint makes the down stem unstable, so it rattles around when you remove the bowl to clear it. I do not recommend anyone buy this down stem.
