The quality looked good and the prices are more than competitive, some places wanted twice the price for something not as nice. The shipping was faster than anticipated and properly packaged. It's all good! I've placed a few orders now and they were well-packed and arrived quickly. They are the only online store that carries a particular glass downstem that I have a habit of dropping. Then I read a few product reviews and treated myself to a great freezer steamroller and another glass pipe. I'm happy!

The 2nd piece arrived with a chip on the mouthpiece I did a quick fix with some duck tape to make it more special and let him know and he honored it with a $20 gift card! Great products!! The delivery was very quick and products arrived without breakage. I picked the wrong style of oil burner but they get used for other purposes. I got a snake pipe too which is fun and good hitting! I'll be ordering more stuff when the need arises.
