I’ve yet to hear back from the company and overall it was a gift for my sister who loves hookah so it was a bit upsetting to give her a gift and she couldn’t even get it set up correctly .,,

Very disappointed with the quality. The items looked much better in the advertised photo than the actual products that I received. They were cheaply done and they look very low quality. I wasn’t expecting to receive such a lot quality product considering the price I paid.
