Got to choose my color! So I had ordered a bowl a few months back and I accidentally received a different color scheme than what was in the picture. (Obviously whatever color is in the thumbnail, I know won't be identical to the one I received, but if I order a black bowl I don't expect a yellow one) So I sent an email to the support handle of the hookah lab. Double checking that it was going to be at least the same two colors that said were in stock and they actually sent me a picture showing me what they had in stock and I got to choose! Super happy with the communication, shipping and service with this supplier. I've been ordering for the last 6 months and I won't be stopping anytime soon.

They delivered exactly what I ordered and very quickly I ordered a conceptic design hookah because we wanted a new high end hookah and this was in several top lists for 2023. Not only was this one of the few places that had them online but also had a discount on a few of the colors. I looked up the website to see if they were legit and decided to go with them. I’m very happy I did. I expected a long shipping time but instead it came early perfectly packaged and ready to go. I’m very happy and plan on doing continued business here. You can’t beat when a company actually ships your order within the day when you purchase something from them.
