GBHonestly the product wasn’t the issue… Honestly the product wasn’t the issue it’s the fact that it comes with 0 instructions as well as my hookah was missing two pieces . I’ve yet to hear back from the company and overall it was a gift for my sister who loves hookah so it was a bit upsetting to give her a gift and she couldn’t even get it set up correctly .,,
