No response on mail or phone number. I placed an order using only my given name and the guys from bluecheck told me that I have to talk to the store directly and ask them to add my surname as well in order to confirm my age. I send them more than 5 mails and at least 10 calls but no sign from this store. Worst experience I had…probably not gonna order from here again!!!!

My whole experience was smooth and exceeded expectations. Timely order taken, shipped and delivered on time. Order was complete and quality packaged. Was able to track the package the entire time. Good website, easy to find product, some good reviews, great descriptions of products, no issue with checkout or payment, and the chat/customer service was pretty quick to respond and active, that was nice.

Honestly the product wasn’t the issue… Honestly the product wasn’t the issue it’s the fact that it comes with 0 instructions as well as my hookah was missing two pieces . I’ve yet to hear back from the company and overall it was a gift for my sister who loves hookah so it was a bit upsetting to give her a gift and she couldn’t even get it set up correctly .,,

entry level hookah I bought a entry level hookah and some tobacco as a gift and everything for my experience was great. Finding stuff was easy to navigate the website and everything showed up on a timely manner, especially around the holidays.10 out of 10 would recommend.
