GBTHE ABSOLUTELY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I ordered a Studio Rig back in October 2023. When I received my order, the Titanium Nail Chamber didn't work. I emailed them 5 times and called 3 times...all with no response. After 4 months I received a text from Atmosrx.com telling me they wouldn't replace the Titanium Nail Chamber but would give me 25% off if I buy another one. I told them I just wanted a replacement. Since then it has been 3 weeks and there once again is no response. I have contacted the BBB since.

GBLeft a message Left a message, received called me back within 24 hours. Calling in regards to missing mouth piece from a previous order. I had placed another order for additional accessories, which she noted. Missing mouth piece will be included with that order.

COExcellent products!!! Great products, since day one, been using Atmos products for almost 10 years and my first atmos still works fine, the kiln RA is great, hope to try the other products soon and the delta products are the best, keep it doing like that guys!
