GBLove Atmos customer service Love Atmos customer service, not too hot on this product. Will keep purchasing Tyga Pillar vapes, still the best product you have. FYI, you should include the Vicod scraping tool for all your products. It works much better than the scraper included with the Pillar.

GBBest customer service Best customer service I've seen in recent years. I had an inquiry and it was answered in less than an hour. Unheard of these days. Excellent service, would recommend 10/10 .

GBTemporarily misplaced? (REVISED) I am revising my rating because the new upgraded ATMOS BOSS has some minor improvements that really make a difference. The way the chamber is cut and the material that is used for the mouth tip assembly seem minor but it shows that some attention has been shown to really improve the flow and function of the vape tool! This tool keeps the vape matter completely separated from the element that generates the heat for vaping. The BOSS ATMOS is one of the few TRUE VAPE CHAMBER devices on the market. Well Done ATMOS! When my order was placed the evening of 20 March, why was the package not turned over to FedEx until 27 March other than that your phone customer service was very courteous and nice and I can’t wait to get my shipment. I love the Boss ATMOS that I have had for 9 years and am looking forward to the new and improved version, even if it has taken over 10 days to arrive! . . . (Why my wife Rosemary is associated with this review is unknown). . . . I go by Hal (Nick name) April 2 2024 Finally ! I have notices that my package did make it to Salt Lake City and will be delivered! Only took 11 days ! Are ATMOS products made in China? Thank you though! Looking forward to using the upgraded newer version!

GBPackaging and Tracking Review I think it's a great product, but more attention to the packaging and shipping/tracking would have enhanced my total experience. It would be nice if the packaging were environmentally-sustainable and custom-fitted to secure the products through the delivery process. I received a bubble-wrap mailer with loose pieces in plastic bags and small boxes with no idea how to assemble. I was able to find guide online and there may have been a card with a QR code on it, but it was confusing. Also I wasn't sure when the package would arrive. It would have been nice to have an email once the item was delivered. I think I even received an email to review the product before I had received it. I really have no complaints, but want to provide accurate feedback.
