One of the vital cartridges I ordered… One of the vital cartridges I ordered came with a cross threaded gasket on the bottom, I had to use tools to get the bottom off for filling, found that the gasket is broken and cross threaded into the removable bottom part

The battery would not charge The battery would not charge. Found instructions to clean it and still didn't work. Sent email to Atmos for help and haven't heard back yet. They got back to me and resolved the issue satisfactorily.
