Authentic products that last ! I first looked for the product at other companies, but Atmos was the only company I could find the jump mouthpiece at. It was important to me to get the exact product I needed.

Since then, I had backed off of vaping for a couple of years due to school, jobs, etc. but after an incidental (and partially accidental) bumper summer crop, figured it was time to try again! The timing of the holiday specials certainly did not dissuade me from my new prerogative! Using the site is easy and flawless, just the way I remember and though I haven’t received the package yet, I don’t have a single doubt that what I’ve ordered will be nothing less than what is described and expected. Very, very poor customer service Very, very poor customer service. I placed an order and did not receive a confirmation email. I sent two emails to customer service and never got a response. At this point I feel like my order didn’t go through. Taking necessary action. Beware…

THE ABSOLUTELY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I ordered a Studio Rig back in October 2023. When I received my order, the Titanium Nail Chamber didn't work. I emailed them 5 times and called 3 times...all with no response. After 4 months I received a text from Atmosrx.com telling me they wouldn't replace the Titanium Nail Chamber but would give me 25% off if I buy another one. I told them I just wanted a replacement. Since then it has been 3 weeks and there once again is no response. I have contacted the BBB since.
