GBPackaging and Tracking Review I think it's a great product, but more attention to the packaging and shipping/tracking would have enhanced my total experience. It would be nice if the packaging were environmentally-sustainable and custom-fitted to secure the products through the delivery process. I received a bubble-wrap mailer with loose pieces in plastic bags and small boxes with no idea how to assemble. I was able to find guide online and there may have been a card with a QR code on it, but it was confusing. Also I wasn't sure when the package would arrive. It would have been nice to have an email once the item was delivered. I think I even received an email to review the product before I had received it. I really have no complaints, but want to provide accurate feedback.

GBPast results ARE a guarantee of future performances I’ve purchased from Atmos in the past and wasn’t disappointed in the least. Since then, I had backed off of vaping for a couple of years due to school, jobs, etc. but after an incidental (and partially accidental) bumper summer crop, figured it was time to try again! The timing of the holiday specials certainly did not dissuade me from my new prerogative! Using the site is easy and flawless, just the way I remember and though I haven’t received the package yet, I don’t have a single doubt that what I’ve ordered will be nothing less than what is described and expected. Atmos is certainly still one of the industry leaders in terms of quality, variety, value, and I foresee this trend to continue in the years to come!

GBBest customer service Best customer service I've seen in recent years. I had an inquiry and it was answered in less than an hour. Unheard of these days. Excellent service, would recommend 10/10 .

GBOne of the vital cartridges I ordered… One of the vital cartridges I ordered came with a cross threaded gasket on the bottom, I had to use tools to get the bottom off for filling, found that the gasket is broken and cross threaded into the removable bottom part

GBTHE ABSOLUTELY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I ordered a Studio Rig back in October 2023. When I received my order, the Titanium Nail Chamber didn't work. I emailed them 5 times and called 3 times...all with no response. After 4 months I received a text from Atmosrx.com telling me they wouldn't replace the Titanium Nail Chamber but would give me 25% off if I buy another one. I told them I just wanted a replacement. Since then it has been 3 weeks and there once again is no response. I have contacted the BBB since.
