THE ABSOLUTELY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I ordered a Studio Rig back in October 2023. When I received my order, the Titanium Nail Chamber didn't work. I emailed them 5 times and called 3 times...all with no response. After 4 months I received a text from Atmosrx.com telling me they wouldn't replace the Titanium Nail Chamber but would give me 25% off if I buy another one. I told them I just wanted a replacement. Since then it has been 3 weeks and there once again is no response. I have contacted the BBB since.
