Zero communication Support is slow and literally non responsive. Never have i ever had a company completely ghost a paying customer who's waiting for product. Honestly used to like Baysmokes but i rather spend my money where its appreciated or at least where communication is clear

After weeks of waiting for my order, constantly contacting support (with no response), and wondering why its still processing I decide i want a refund due to Baysmokes’ inferior team and even then no response. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE “Dr.Ganja” is a much more professional company and have cheaper prices!

NO COMMUNICATION!!! Update I finally received my products Where is my tracking info ? I have messaged the their support email multiple times and also reach out via their social media platforms and yet again can’t get a reply. Their website states they normally get back to customers within 30 mins during normal business hours. One thing I can not stand is bad customer service. If there is an issue or their behind or the item is no longer in stock just communicate with your customers. Things happen I get it but don’t just ghost your clients.
