USNO COMMUNICATION!!! Update I finally received my products Where is my tracking info ? I have messaged the their support email multiple times and also reach out via their social media platforms and yet again can’t get a reply. Their website states they normally get back to customers within 30 mins during normal business hours. One thing I can not stand is bad customer service. If there is an issue or their behind or the item is no longer in stock just communicate with your customers. Things happen I get it but don’t just ghost your clients.

USShipping time is totally unacceptable I really enjoy your products but I don't understand why I can receive a package from China fast than order from you guys only a couple states away! At first I thought it's my fault for ordering something on a Friday and expecting it by Monday. But nope I ordered over to try to make sure my order would at least hopefully get sent out on Monday. Her it is Tuesday and my items still haven't moved & I have yet to receive a tracking number! It's so unfortunate because this mostly will be my last order placed. It's 2024 groceries can make it to your door within hours of you placing an order and you guys can't get an order to me in 3 days! Totally unacceptable for shipping I'm paying for!

USBaysmokes Well the products are alright but account and website mess up delete a lot.order’s delete so no rewards program and the discounts I got through email won’t work.

USDecent product but sat 6 days Decent product but sat 6 days from when shipping label was printed to actually shipping out. Got discount on a live resin cart, was excited to try but terribly made and barely used before it just plain broke.

USKeep Em coming back I think what makes it great, their consistency. Knowing what to expect from order thru your first hit, that is what keeps em coming back.
