GBShipping time is totally unacceptable I really enjoy your products but I don't understand why I can receive a package from China fast than order from you guys only a couple states away! At first I thought it's my fault for ordering something on a Friday and expecting it by Monday. But nope I ordered over to try to make sure my order would at least hopefully get sent out on Monday. Her it is Tuesday and my items still haven't moved & I have yet to receive a tracking number! It's so unfortunate because this mostly will be my last order placed. It's 2024 groceries can make it to your door within hours of you placing an order and you guys can't get an order to me in 3 days! Totally unacceptable for shipping I'm paying for!

GBSupport is THE worst Support is THE worst. Expedite team is horrible. Support will ignore your messages, or take weeks to reply. Would never again spend a dime with them and i suggest you do the same.

GBCareful for pop ups Often has annoying pop ups when you checkout, but the service is legitimate. They aren’t always fast to ship though.

GBZero communication Support is slow and literally non responsive. Never have i ever had a company completely ghost a paying customer who's waiting for product. Honestly used to like Baysmokes but i rather spend my money where its appreciated or at least where communication is clear

GBThe ideal cannabis shopping experience I've been a customer of Bay smokes for about a couple of months and I've gotta say they are probably the best cannabis company I've interacted with. They don't talk that long anymore to get me my goodies and the prices are super nice for the quality I get. On top of all that, they sell legal cannabis to any state which us great for me being in a state that isn't legal recreational. The only problem I had were the delivery times but like I said they've improved it greatly since when I first bought their products
