Better than the competition The product is simply superior to the competition. I tried BaySmokes as my previous go-to vendor got down to only a couple of strains and took a while to restock. I'll never again order anywhere else as I'm more than impressed with the quality. Thank you Bay Smokes.

Shipping time is totally unacceptable I really enjoy your products but I don't understand why I can receive a package from China fast than order from you guys only a couple states away! At first I thought it's my fault for ordering something on a Friday and expecting it by Monday. But nope I ordered over to try to make sure my order would at least hopefully get sent out on Monday. Her it is Tuesday and my items still haven't moved & I have yet to receive a tracking number! It's so unfortunate because this mostly will be my last order placed. It's 2024 groceries can make it to your door within hours of you placing an order and you guys can't get an order to me in 3 days! Totally unacceptable for shipping I'm paying for!

The ideal cannabis shopping experience I've been a customer of Bay smokes for about a couple of months and I've gotta say they are probably the best cannabis company I've interacted with. They don't talk that long anymore to get me my goodies and the prices are super nice for the quality I get. On top of all that, they sell legal cannabis to any state which us great for me being in a state that isn't legal recreational. The only problem I had were the delivery times but like I said they've improved it greatly since when I first bought their products

Good price and no shake Good price and no shake. Just tiny little nuggets. Wasn’t dried out either. Slow burn gelato. Definitely getting another $50 ounce!

NO COMMUNICATION!!! Update I finally received my products Where is my tracking info ? I have messaged the their support email multiple times and also reach out via their social media platforms and yet again can’t get a reply. Their website states they normally get back to customers within 30 mins during normal business hours. One thing I can not stand is bad customer service. If there is an issue or their behind or the item is no longer in stock just communicate with your customers. Things happen I get it but don’t just ghost your clients.
