Is My Order Even Coming?? Wish I would've checked the reviews before dropping $500 with this bogus company. My order is unfulfilled and is apparently stuck "processing." Customer Service says it shipped, but can't tell me by what method, when it was sent, when it would be received, or anything! Best to try another company for a big purchase!

I was told my order would be brought to management to see what is going on with it. I never a response. The website states orders will be processed and shipped by 3 days It has now been 2 weeks. Now here it is the day before her birthday and the item hasn't even shipped out yet. If you guys have horrible shipping, then state it on the site instead of saying you will have it in 3-4 days. Now I have to take the loss on the cash spent and go locally to a glass shop which is outrageous on the prices.... Thanks you guys, I'm sure it will be a birthday she won't forget
