Stellar customer service!! I was sent the wrong part by accident and customer service was very fast at resolving my issue! Within two days from contact I had the correct part and a return label to send the wrong part back.

Zero Updates Whatsoever, but pretty good quality I placed an order over a week ago that guaranteed the package would process within 3-5 business days. It has been over a week and I have received no updates whatsoever. I have emailed, called, and tried contacting through their website, and received nothing back. Now here it is the day before her birthday and the item hasn't even shipped out yet. If you guys have horrible shipping, then state it on the site instead of saying you will have it in 3-4 days. Now I have to take the loss on the cash spent and go locally to a glass shop which is outrageous on the prices.... Thanks you guys, I'm sure it will be a birthday she won't forget
