Zero Updates Whatsoever, but pretty good quality I placed an order over a week ago that guaranteed the package would process within 3-5 business days. It has been over a week and I have received no updates whatsoever. I have emailed, called, and tried contacting through their website, and received nothing back. I don't mean to be rude, but could you please provide the services you said you were going to provide? This is the only place I've actually seen Dankstop reply to customers, so I hope they'll help me. I was given 3-5 business days as a guarantee, and was given no updates or tracking despite offering it. Despite all of that though, it's a pretty good quality product.

No order support No order support. Part of my order was cancelled by them, same order wrong part was sent. Emailed and had zero response from the company. Probably will have to charge back for my undelivered rececler

I was told my order would be brought to management to see what is going on with it. I never a response. The website states orders will be processed and shipped by 3 days It has now been 2 weeks. I understand having issues with a new system but communication is needed.

Once again another company not communicating correctly, takes our money, promises the world I’ll never ever order from this site again! What bad horrible service! Horrible Tried placing an order on Sunday, but the website wasn’t working. Then, a while later, my card is charged twice and I get 2 order confirmations. I immediately send a message to them, and have not heard back. The estimated delivery date is February 12-16th, yet I haven’t heard anything or even gotten any email about shipping. Tried the 24/7 live support, but that’s a joke as well. Doesn’t work.
