They RIPPED me off. Took my money and now are ignoring me Placed my order exactly ONE MONTH AGO and it still hasnt arrived. I have contacted "customer support" multiple times via their chatbox, email, and phonecalls only to be told the same thing every time. "we'll look into it and get back to you" and they NEVER do. If you get them on the phone, they will put you on hold until you hang up (current record is 2.5 hours on hold waiting for the advisor to return to the call, which he never did) Seeing as Trustpilot seems to be the only place they respond to complaints, I would like you to either deliver what I've ordered and paid for OR give me my money back. order:W569654

Horrible Tried placing an order on Sunday, but the website wasn’t working. Then, a while later, my card is charged twice and I get 2 order confirmations. I immediately send a message to them, and have not heard back. The estimated delivery date is February 12-16th, yet I haven’t heard anything or even gotten any email about shipping. Tried the 24/7 live support, but that’s a joke as well. Doesn’t work.

Zero Updates Whatsoever, but pretty good quality I placed an order over a week ago that guaranteed the package would process within 3-5 business days. It has been over a week and I have received no updates whatsoever. I have emailed, called, and tried contacting through their website, and received nothing back. This is the only place I've actually seen Dankstop reply to customers, so I hope they'll help me. Chimera Bong is the Bomb! After over forty years of plastic bongs, it was time for an upgrade. DankStop did not disappoint.
