Horrible Tried placing an order on Sunday, but the website wasn’t working. Then, a while later, my card is charged twice and I get 2 order confirmations. I immediately send a message to them, and have not heard back. The estimated delivery date is February 12-16th, yet I haven’t heard anything or even gotten any email about shipping. Tried the 24/7 live support, but that’s a joke as well. Doesn’t work.

Love the piece but absolutely no… Love the piece but absolutely no information for tracking/shipping and only one piece came in the mail?? Missing other part of my order... however we do love this piece so much so worth the purchase overall just would like to be more informed considering this was a present I ordered ahead of time

Fantastic Business I ordered a nectar collector from here (with free shipping 🙌🏼) and they reached out pretty soon after to kindly tell me they were out of the color I chose. They gave me multiple options on how to proceed, including offering me a $10 gift card for the inconvenience. I chose to change the color and I bought a cute ash tray with the gift card! It was shipped really fast after that and arrived safely. Unfortunately, as we were trying it out my partner pointed out a 3/4” crack down the side. I figured it was too late for a refund/return because it had already been used but I shot them an email anyways. They quickly responded, offered me a full refund, and rounded up a few dollars too for the inconvenience. Fantastic customer service! There’s a lot of shops like this online but I will be a return customer to Dankstop specifically for the reasons stated above. Big thank you to Brian who was the gentleman helping me! Still waiting on the ash tray but can’t wait!

I ordered over a month ago I ordered over a month ago, have tried reaching out via email, the chatbox, and calling and have not reached anyone. It still says my order has not even shipped. Order:#W570260 Edit: The rig finally came! took way longer than promised but at least i got it. The rig itself is pretty nice :)

No order support No order support. Part of my order was cancelled by them, same order wrong part was sent. Emailed and had zero response from the company. Probably will have to charge back for my undelivered rececler
