GBZero Updates Whatsoever, but pretty good quality I placed an order over a week ago that guaranteed the package would process within 3-5 business days. It has been over a week and I have received no updates whatsoever. I have emailed, called, and tried contacting through their website, and received nothing back. I don't mean to be rude, but could you please provide the services you said you were going to provide? This is the only place I've actually seen Dankstop reply to customers, so I hope they'll help me. Order number is #W572994 Edit: I have received my package but some of the things said here still stand. I was given 3-5 business days as a guarantee, and was given no updates or tracking despite offering it. Despite all of that though, it's a pretty good quality product.

GBLOTR Gandalf Pipe and Storage Box I placed my order for my LOTR Gandalf hashpipe and Genesis Storage Box 4 days ago and it still says "Processing" even though free shipping in U.S. is 3-4 business days. I've reached out to customer service twice and no response yet. Will post edits and updates here for order #W572761 Edit: Somebody from fulfillment must've failed to update the shipment info because both items I ordered were delivered by USPS and my carrier failed to scan the packages correctly. Extenuating circumstances aside, I can tell Dankstop is trying to improve their systems and customer service, but are still falling short in a lot of areas. I recommend doing extensive research on whatever products you wanna order and then order them elsewhere. Condition of my items were flawless.

GBThe experience overall seems seamless… The experience overall seemed seamless but I should have come over here to give me a heads up first that I’m just hoping my order will come on time because as a disabled vet it would really help me out. My order number is W574799. I was told it would get here from the 22-25 but so far hasn’t even shipped out yet. I know it has two days to get here but on your webpage says all orders get shipped out by 2pm same day. Well it’s past that already and no updates. Hopefully we won’t be experiencing the same as the other customers but I’ll update this as soon as I get my order.

GBAt first bad. But second chance they were cool Disapointed to say the least ,I had ordered a 4" stem and a 12" milky teal dopezilla bong, neither of which are in the box that was delivered. Instead there's a 6" stem that doesn't fit anything I own. Update Dank stop sold out of my original order. But after about a week of silence I get a email from their customer support and they’d like to send me another beautiful piece after waiting to hear my approval. Well I got it and it’s a beauty. So two thumbs up for dank stop and there customer support team!

GBorder #W574862 order #W574862 I don't know what's going on.They told me it was shipped and then when I looked online.The order was completely different with one of your logo wrongs which I did not order 8plus my name was changed in my address.What's going on?If you don't fix this i'm gonna report you. *update I did get it today but The buggy website where it showed me a different email and a different order wasn't explained. Also pay thirty dolls for the route which didn't even work. Over all I'm a give it a 3 stars
