Stellar customer service!! I was sent the wrong part by accident and customer service was very fast at resolving my issue! Within two days from contact I had the correct part and a return label to send the wrong part back.

Shouldn't offer order tracking I am ridiculously frustrated. They lie about how long it takes to ship, they guaranteed me within three days. They do NOT have a working chat, they do NOT have phone service, and they do NOT answer emails. It has been multiple days of emails and calls and at this point I want to talk to the BBB. They have absolutely no support and follow through on none of their promises. Will update. (565989) Order number, #W573200. Guys, they really should just not offer order tracking. Arrived in a week. Apologize for flipping out! Wanted to make sure I got money's worth. Thank you guys for your response and prompt shipping. Packed well.

order #W574862 order #W574862 I don't know what's going on.They told me it was shipped and then when I looked online.The order was completely different with one of your logo wrongs which I did not order 8plus my name was changed in my address.What's going on?If you don't fix this i'm gonna report you. *update I did get it today but The buggy website where it showed me a different email and a different order wasn't explained. Also pay thirty dolls for the route which didn't even work. Over all I'm a give it a 3 stars

Order #W570375 Order #W570375 I ordered on March 7th. I have requested information twice through the chat box and through email. I was told my order would be brought to management to see what is going on with it. I never a response. The website states orders will be processed and shipped by 3 days It has now been 2 weeks. I understand having issues with a new system but communication is needed.
