Order #W570375 Order #W570375 I ordered on March 7th. I have requested information twice through the chat box and through email. I was told my order would be brought to management to see what is going on with it. I never a response. The website states orders will be processed and shipped by 3 days It has now been 2 weeks. I understand having issues with a new system but communication is needed.

Ordered 2/24/24 and card was charged… Ordered 2/24/24 and card was charged immediately. No conformation email from company. I finally received an email from Route that does not have any projected delivery date. I have written three emails so far with zero responses. No customer service whatsoever! Update, order arrived 2/4/24 without shipping notification. The company really needs to update their shipping process!

Once again another company not communicating correctly, takes our money, promises the world I’ll never ever order from this site again! What bad horrible service! Stellar customer service!! I was sent the wrong part by accident and customer service was very fast at resolving my issue! Within two days from contact I had the correct part and a return label to send the wrong part back.

I ordered a dab rig a week ago I ordered a dab rig a week ago. Tomorrow (Friday) is my wife's birthday and according to everything I read on the site, I would have the order within that time. Now here it is the day before her birthday and the item hasn't even shipped out yet. If you guys have horrible shipping, then state it on the site instead of saying you will have it in 3-4 days. Now I have to take the loss on the cash spent and go locally to a glass shop which is outrageous on the prices.... Thanks you guys, I'm sure it will be a birthday she won't forget
