Stellar customer service!! I was sent the wrong part by accident and customer service was very fast at resolving my issue! Within two days from contact I had the correct part and a return label to send the wrong part back.

Chimera Bong is the Bomb! After over forty years of plastic bongs, it was time for an upgrade. DankStop did not disappoint. The pipe arrived in a timely manner and I wasted no time trying it out with some of my home grown. Love the heavy glass and the simple design (I like simple). The Chimera hits are potent but smooth. Smoke a one hitter or the big bowl that comes with it, this pipe will get the job done. Extremely easy to clean with coarse salt and 91% alcohol. One-hit weed and the Chimera are a great match. The experience overall seems seamless… The experience overall seemed seamless but I should have come over here to give me a heads up first that I’m just hoping my order will come on time because as a disabled vet it would really help me out. My order number is W574799. I was told it would get here from the 22-25 but so far hasn’t even shipped out yet. I know it has two days to get here but on your webpage says all orders get shipped out by 2pm same day. Well it’s past that already and no updates. Hopefully we won’t be experiencing the same as the other customers but I’ll update this as soon as I get my order.

Shouldn't offer order tracking I am ridiculously frustrated. They lie about how long it takes to ship, they guaranteed me within three days. They do NOT have a working chat, they do NOT have phone service, and they do NOT answer emails. It has been multiple days of emails and calls and at this point I want to talk to the BBB.
