No order support No order support. Part of my order was cancelled by them, same order wrong part was sent. Emailed and had zero response from the company. Probably will have to charge back for my undelivered rececler

The experience overall seems seamless… The experience overall seemed seamless but I should have come over here to give me a heads up first that I’m just hoping my order will come on time because as a disabled vet it would really help me out. My order number is W574799. I was told it would get here from the 22-25 but so far hasn’t even shipped out yet. I know it has two days to get here but on your webpage says all orders get shipped out by 2pm same day. Well it’s past that already and no updates. Hopefully we won’t be experiencing the same as the other customers but I’ll update this as soon as I get my order.

Shouldn't offer order tracking I am ridiculously frustrated. They lie about how long it takes to ship, they guaranteed me within three days. They do NOT have a working chat, they do NOT have phone service, and they do NOT answer emails. It has been multiple days of emails and calls and at this point I want to talk to the BBB. Love the piece but absolutely no… Love the piece but absolutely no information for tracking/shipping and only one piece came in the mail?? Missing other part of my order... however we do love this piece so much so worth the purchase overall just would like to be more informed considering this was a present I ordered ahead of time

Well I guess I’ll never receive my… Well I guess I’ll never receive my atomizer before the date promise! Today March 16th it should have arrived, I doubt it because it hasn’t even shipped out yet! Once again another company not communicating correctly, takes our money, promises the world I’ll never ever order from this site again! What bad horrible service! At this point you can keep the money! Yet again another disappointing online store! Rags!
