Shouldn't offer order tracking I am ridiculously frustrated. They lie about how long it takes to ship, they guaranteed me within three days. They do NOT have a working chat, they do NOT have phone service, and they do NOT answer emails. It has been multiple days of emails and calls and at this point I want to talk to the BBB. They have absolutely no support and follow through on none of their promises. Will update. (565989) Order number, #W573200. Guys, they really should just not offer order tracking. Arrived in a week. Horrible Tried placing an order on Sunday, but the website wasn’t working. Then, a while later, my card is charged twice and I get 2 order confirmations. I immediately send a message to them, and have not heard back. The estimated delivery date is February 12-16th, yet I haven’t heard anything or even gotten any email about shipping. Tried the 24/7 live support, but that’s a joke as well. Doesn’t work.

Love the piece but absolutely no… Love the piece but absolutely no information for tracking/shipping and only one piece came in the mail?? Missing other part of my order... however we do love this piece so much so worth the purchase overall just would like to be more informed considering this was a present I ordered ahead of time

They RIPPED me off. Took my money and now are ignoring me Placed my order exactly ONE MONTH AGO and it still hasnt arrived. I have contacted "customer support" multiple times via their chatbox, email, and phonecalls only to be told the same thing every time. "we'll look into it and get back to you" and they NEVER do. If you get them on the phone, they will put you on hold until you hang up (current record is 2.5 hours on hold waiting for the advisor to return to the call, which he never did) Seeing as Trustpilot seems to be the only place they respond to complaints, I would like you to either deliver what I've ordered and paid for OR give me my money back. order:W569654

LOTR Gandalf Pipe and Storage Box I placed my order for my LOTR Gandalf hashpipe and Genesis Storage Box 4 days ago and it still says "Processing" even though free shipping in U.S. is 3-4 business days. I've reached out to customer service twice and no response yet. Will post edits and updates here for order #W572761 Edit: Somebody from fulfillment must've failed to update the shipment info because both items I ordered were delivered by USPS and my carrier failed to scan the packages correctly. Extenuating circumstances aside, I can tell Dankstop is trying to improve their systems and customer service, but are still falling short in a lot of areas. I recommend doing extensive research on whatever products you wanna order and then order them elsewhere. Condition of my items were flawless.
