They RIPPED me off. Took my money and now are ignoring me Placed my order exactly ONE MONTH AGO and it still hasnt arrived. I have contacted "customer support" multiple times via their chatbox, email, and phonecalls only to be told the same thing every time. "we'll look into it and get back to you" and they NEVER do. If you get them on the phone, they will put you on hold until you hang up (current record is 2.5 hours on hold waiting for the advisor to return to the call, which he never did) Seeing as Trustpilot seems to be the only place they respond to complaints, I would like you to either deliver what I've ordered and paid for OR give me my money back. order:W569654

Horrible Tried placing an order on Sunday, but the website wasn’t working. Then, a while later, my card is charged twice and I get 2 order confirmations. I immediately send a message to them, and have not heard back. The estimated delivery date is February 12-16th, yet I haven’t heard anything or even gotten any email about shipping. Tried the 24/7 live support, but that’s a joke as well. Doesn’t work.

Well I guess I’ll never receive my… Well I guess I’ll never receive my atomizer before the date promise! Today March 16th it should have arrived, I doubt it because it hasn’t even shipped out yet! Once again another company not communicating correctly, takes our money, promises the world I’ll never ever order from this site again! What bad horrible service! Ordered 2/24/24 and card was charged… Ordered 2/24/24 and card was charged immediately. No conformation email from company. I finally received an email from Route that does not have any projected delivery date. I have written three emails so far with zero responses. No customer service whatsoever! Update, order arrived 2/4/24 without shipping notification. The company really needs to update their shipping process!
