I finally received an email from Route that does not have any projected delivery date. I have written three emails so far with zero responses. No customer service whatsoever! Update, order arrived 2/4/24 without shipping notification. The company really needs to update their shipping process!

Chimera Bong is the Bomb! After over forty years of plastic bongs, it was time for an upgrade. DankStop did not disappoint. I was told my order would be brought to management to see what is going on with it. I never a response. The website states orders will be processed and shipped by 3 days It has now been 2 weeks. I understand having issues with a new system but communication is needed.

My order number is W574799. I was told it would get here from the 22-25 but so far hasn’t even shipped out yet. I know it has two days to get here but on your webpage says all orders get shipped out by 2pm same day. Well it’s past that already and no updates. Hopefully we won’t be experiencing the same as the other customers but I’ll update this as soon as I get my order.
