GBWell I guess I’ll never receive my… Well I guess I’ll never receive my atomizer before the date promise! Today March 16th it should have arrived, I doubt it because it hasn’t even shipped out yet! Once again another company not communicating correctly, takes our money, promises the world I’ll never ever order from this site again! What bad horrible service! At this point you can keep the money! Yet again another disappointing online store! Rags!

GBShouldn't offer order tracking I am ridiculously frustrated. They lie about how long it takes to ship, they guaranteed me within three days. They do NOT have a working chat, they do NOT have phone service, and they do NOT answer emails. It has been multiple days of emails and calls and at this point I want to talk to the BBB. They have absolutely no support and follow through on none of their promises. Will update. (565989) Order number, #W573200. Guys, they really should just not offer order tracking. Arrived in a week. Apologize for flipping out! Wanted to make sure I got money's worth. Thank you guys for your response and prompt shipping. Packed well.

GBI ordered over a month ago I ordered over a month ago, have tried reaching out via email, the chatbox, and calling and have not reached anyone. It still says my order has not even shipped. Order:#W570260 Edit: The rig finally came! took way longer than promised but at least i got it. The rig itself is pretty nice :)

I was told my order would be brought to management to see what is going on with it. I never a response. The website states orders will be processed and shipped by 3 days It has now been 2 weeks. I understand having issues with a new system but communication is needed.

GBAt first bad. But second chance they were cool Disapointed to say the least ,I had ordered a 4" stem and a 12" milky teal dopezilla bong, neither of which are in the box that was delivered. Instead there's a 6" stem that doesn't fit anything I own. Update Dank stop sold out of my original order. But after about a week of silence I get a email from their customer support and they’d like to send me another beautiful piece after waiting to hear my approval. Well I got it and it’s a beauty. So two thumbs up for dank stop and there customer support team!
