I ordered a dab rig a week ago I ordered a dab rig a week ago. Tomorrow (Friday) is my wife's birthday and according to everything I read on the site, I would have the order within that time. Now here it is the day before her birthday and the item hasn't even shipped out yet. If you guys have horrible shipping, then state it on the site instead of saying you will have it in 3-4 days. Now I have to take the loss on the cash spent and go locally to a glass shop which is outrageous on the prices.... Thanks you guys, I'm sure it will be a birthday she won't forget

Shouldn't offer order tracking I am ridiculously frustrated. They lie about how long it takes to ship, they guaranteed me within three days. They do NOT have a working chat, they do NOT have phone service, and they do NOT answer emails. It has been multiple days of emails and calls and at this point I want to talk to the BBB. Ordered 2/24/24 and card was charged… Ordered 2/24/24 and card was charged immediately. No conformation email from company. I finally received an email from Route that does not have any projected delivery date. I have written three emails so far with zero responses. No customer service whatsoever! Update, order arrived 2/4/24 without shipping notification. The company really needs to update their shipping process!

Stellar customer service!! I was sent the wrong part by accident and customer service was very fast at resolving my issue! Within two days from contact I had the correct part and a return label to send the wrong part back.
