Chimera Bong is the Bomb! After over forty years of plastic bongs, it was time for an upgrade. DankStop did not disappoint. The pipe arrived in a timely manner and I wasted no time trying it out with some of my home grown. Love the heavy glass and the simple design (I like simple). The Chimera hits are potent but smooth. Smoke a one hitter or the big bowl that comes with it, this pipe will get the job done. Extremely easy to clean with coarse salt and 91% alcohol. One-hit weed and the Chimera are a great match. Love the piece but absolutely no… Love the piece but absolutely no information for tracking/shipping and only one piece came in the mail?? Missing other part of my order... however we do love this piece so much so worth the purchase overall just would like to be more informed considering this was a present I ordered ahead of time

Zero Updates Whatsoever, but pretty good quality I placed an order over a week ago that guaranteed the package would process within 3-5 business days. It has been over a week and I have received no updates whatsoever. I have emailed, called, and tried contacting through their website, and received nothing back. I don't mean to be rude, but could you please provide the services you said you were going to provide? This is the only place I've actually seen Dankstop reply to customers, so I hope they'll help me. Order number is #W572994 Edit: I have received my package but some of the things said here still stand. I was given 3-5 business days as a guarantee, and was given no updates or tracking despite offering it. Despite all of that though, it's a pretty good quality product.

Shouldn't offer order tracking I am ridiculously frustrated. They lie about how long it takes to ship, they guaranteed me within three days. They do NOT have a working chat, they do NOT have phone service, and they do NOT answer emails. It has been multiple days of emails and calls and at this point I want to talk to the BBB. Fantastic Business I ordered a nectar collector from here (with free shipping 🙌🏼) and they reached out pretty soon after to kindly tell me they were out of the color I chose. They gave me multiple options on how to proceed, including offering me a $10 gift card for the inconvenience. I chose to change the color and I bought a cute ash tray with the gift card! It was shipped really fast after that and arrived safely. Unfortunately, as we were trying it out my partner pointed out a 3/4” crack down the side. I figured it was too late for a refund/return because it had already been used but I shot them an email anyways. They quickly responded, offered me a full refund, and rounded up a few dollars too for the inconvenience. Fantastic customer service! There’s a lot of shops like this online but I will be a return customer to Dankstop specifically for the reasons stated above. Big thank you to Brian who was the gentleman helping me! Still waiting on the ash tray but can’t wait!
