Ordered 2/24/24 and card was charged… Ordered 2/24/24 and card was charged immediately. No conformation email from company. I finally received an email from Route that does not have any projected delivery date. I have written three emails so far with zero responses. No customer service whatsoever! Update, order arrived 2/4/24 without shipping notification. The company really needs to update their shipping process!

Chimera Bong is the Bomb! After over forty years of plastic bongs, it was time for an upgrade. DankStop did not disappoint. The pipe arrived in a timely manner and I wasted no time trying it out with some of my home grown. Love the heavy glass and the simple design (I like simple). The Chimera hits are potent but smooth. Smoke a one hitter or the big bowl that comes with it, this pipe will get the job done. Extremely easy to clean with coarse salt and 91% alcohol. One-hit weed and the Chimera are a great match. They RIPPED me off. Took my money and now are ignoring me Placed my order exactly ONE MONTH AGO and it still hasnt arrived. I have contacted "customer support" multiple times via their chatbox, email, and phonecalls only to be told the same thing every time. "we'll look into it and get back to you" and they NEVER do. If you get them on the phone, they will put you on hold until you hang up (current record is 2.5 hours on hold waiting for the advisor to return to the call, which he never did) Seeing as Trustpilot seems to be the only place they respond to complaints, I would like you to either deliver what I've ordered and paid for OR give me my money back. order:W569654

No order support No order support. Part of my order was cancelled by them, same order wrong part was sent. Emailed and had zero response from the company. Probably will have to charge back for my undelivered rececler
