Shouldn't offer order tracking I am ridiculously frustrated. They lie about how long it takes to ship, they guaranteed me within three days. They do NOT have a working chat, they do NOT have phone service, and they do NOT answer emails. It has been multiple days of emails and calls and at this point I want to talk to the BBB. I was told my order would be brought to management to see what is going on with it. I never a response. The website states orders will be processed and shipped by 3 days It has now been 2 weeks. I understand having issues with a new system but communication is needed.
