GBIs My Order Even Coming?? Wish I would've checked the reviews before dropping $500 with this bogus company. My order is unfulfilled and is apparently stuck "processing." Customer Service says it shipped, but can't tell me by what method, when it was sent, when it would be received, or anything! Best to try another company for a big purchase!

GBHorrible Tried placing an order on Sunday, but the website wasn’t working. Then, a while later, my card is charged twice and I get 2 order confirmations. I immediately send a message to them, and have not heard back. The estimated delivery date is February 12-16th, yet I haven’t heard anything or even gotten any email about shipping. Tried the 24/7 live support, but that’s a joke as well. Doesn’t work.

GBStellar customer service!! I was sent the wrong part by accident and customer service was very fast at resolving my issue! Within two days from contact I had the correct part and a return label to send the wrong part back.

GBI ordered a dab rig a week ago I ordered a dab rig a week ago. Tomorrow (Friday) is my wife's birthday and according to everything I read on the site, I would have the order within that time. Now here it is the day before her birthday and the item hasn't even shipped out yet. If you guys have horrible shipping, then state it on the site instead of saying you will have it in 3-4 days. Now I have to take the loss on the cash spent and go locally to a glass shop which is outrageous on the prices.... Thanks you guys, I'm sure it will be a birthday she won't forget

GBFantastic Business I ordered a nectar collector from here (with free shipping 🙌🏼) and they reached out pretty soon after to kindly tell me they were out of the color I chose. They gave me multiple options on how to proceed, including offering me a $10 gift card for the inconvenience. I chose to change the color and I bought a cute ash tray with the gift card! It was shipped really fast after that and arrived safely. Unfortunately, as we were trying it out my partner pointed out a 3/4” crack down the side. I figured it was too late for a refund/return because it had already been used but I shot them an email anyways. They quickly responded, offered me a full refund, and rounded up a few dollars too for the inconvenience. Fantastic customer service! There’s a lot of shops like this online but I will be a return customer to Dankstop specifically for the reasons stated above. Big thank you to Brian who was the gentleman helping me! Still waiting on the ash tray but can’t wait!
