Ordered 2/24/24 and card was charged… Ordered 2/24/24 and card was charged immediately. No conformation email from company. I finally received an email from Route that does not have any projected delivery date. I have written three emails so far with zero responses. No customer service whatsoever! Update, order arrived 2/4/24 without shipping notification. The company really needs to update their shipping process!

I ordered over a month ago I ordered over a month ago, have tried reaching out via email, the chatbox, and calling and have not reached anyone. It still says my order has not even shipped. Fantastic Business I ordered a nectar collector from here (with free shipping 🙌🏼) and they reached out pretty soon after to kindly tell me they were out of the color I chose. They gave me multiple options on how to proceed, including offering me a $10 gift card for the inconvenience. I chose to change the color and I bought a cute ash tray with the gift card! It was shipped really fast after that and arrived safely. Unfortunately, as we were trying it out my partner pointed out a 3/4” crack down the side. I figured it was too late for a refund/return because it had already been used but I shot them an email anyways. They quickly responded, offered me a full refund, and rounded up a few dollars too for the inconvenience. Fantastic customer service! There’s a lot of shops like this online but I will be a return customer to Dankstop specifically for the reasons stated above. Big thank you to Brian who was the gentleman helping me! Still waiting on the ash tray but can’t wait!

I ordered a dab rig a week ago I ordered a dab rig a week ago. Tomorrow (Friday) is my wife's birthday and according to everything I read on the site, I would have the order within that time. Now here it is the day before her birthday and the item hasn't even shipped out yet. If you guys have horrible shipping, then state it on the site instead of saying you will have it in 3-4 days. Now I have to take the loss on the cash spent and go locally to a glass shop which is outrageous on the prices.... Thanks you guys, I'm sure it will be a birthday she won't forget

No order support No order support. Part of my order was cancelled by them, same order wrong part was sent. Emailed and had zero response from the company. Probably will have to charge back for my undelivered rececler
