Chimera Bong is the Bomb! After over forty years of plastic bongs, it was time for an upgrade. DankStop did not disappoint. The pipe arrived in a timely manner and I wasted no time trying it out with some of my home grown. Love the heavy glass and the simple design (I like simple). The Chimera hits are potent but smooth. Smoke a one hitter or the big bowl that comes with it, this pipe will get the job done. Extremely easy to clean with coarse salt and 91% alcohol. One-hit weed and the Chimera are a great match. Shouldn't offer order tracking I am ridiculously frustrated. They lie about how long it takes to ship, they guaranteed me within three days. They do NOT have a working chat, they do NOT have phone service, and they do NOT answer emails. It has been multiple days of emails and calls and at this point I want to talk to the BBB. They have absolutely no support and follow through on none of their promises. Will update. (565989) Order number, #W573200. Guys, they really should just not offer order tracking. Arrived in a week. Fantastic Business I ordered a nectar collector from here (with free shipping 🙌🏼) and they reached out pretty soon after to kindly tell me they were out of the color I chose. They gave me multiple options on how to proceed, including offering me a $10 gift card for the inconvenience. I chose to change the color and I bought a cute ash tray with the gift card! It was shipped really fast after that and arrived safely. Unfortunately, as we were trying it out my partner pointed out a 3/4” crack down the side. I figured it was too late for a refund/return because it had already been used but I shot them an email anyways. They quickly responded, offered me a full refund, and rounded up a few dollars too for the inconvenience. Fantastic customer service! There’s a lot of shops like this online but I will be a return customer to Dankstop specifically for the reasons stated above. Big thank you to Brian who was the gentleman helping me! Still waiting on the ash tray but can’t wait!

The experience overall seems seamless… The experience overall seemed seamless but I should have come over here to give me a heads up first that I’m just hoping my order will come on time because as a disabled vet it would really help me out. My order number is W574799. I was told it would get here from the 22-25 but so far hasn’t even shipped out yet. I know it has two days to get here but on your webpage says all orders get shipped out by 2pm same day. Well it’s past that already and no updates. Hopefully we won’t be experiencing the same as the other customers but I’ll update this as soon as I get my order.
