No order support No order support. Part of my order was cancelled by them, same order wrong part was sent. Emailed and had zero response from the company. Probably will have to charge back for my undelivered rececler

Ordered 2/24/24 and card was charged… Ordered 2/24/24 and card was charged immediately. No conformation email from company. I finally received an email from Route that does not have any projected delivery date. I have written three emails so far with zero responses. No customer service whatsoever! Update, order arrived 2/4/24 without shipping notification. The company really needs to update their shipping process!

Shouldn't offer order tracking I am ridiculously frustrated. They lie about how long it takes to ship, they guaranteed me within three days. They do NOT have a working chat, they do NOT have phone service, and they do NOT answer emails. It has been multiple days of emails and calls and at this point I want to talk to the BBB. Well I guess I’ll never receive my… Well I guess I’ll never receive my atomizer before the date promise! Today March 16th it should have arrived, I doubt it because it hasn’t even shipped out yet! Once again another company not communicating correctly, takes our money, promises the world I’ll never ever order from this site again! What bad horrible service!
