Also pay thirty dolls for the route which didn't even work. Over all I'm a give it a 3 stars

Zero Updates Whatsoever, but pretty good quality I placed an order over a week ago that guaranteed the package would process within 3-5 business days. It has been over a week and I have received no updates whatsoever. I have emailed, called, and tried contacting through their website, and received nothing back. I don't mean to be rude, but could you please provide the services you said you were going to provide? This is the only place I've actually seen Dankstop reply to customers, so I hope they'll help me. I was given 3-5 business days as a guarantee, and was given no updates or tracking despite offering it. Despite all of that though, it's a pretty good quality product.

Now here it is the day before her birthday and the item hasn't even shipped out yet. If you guys have horrible shipping, then state it on the site instead of saying you will have it in 3-4 days.
