Well I guess I’ll never receive my… Well I guess I’ll never receive my atomizer before the date promise! Today March 16th it should have arrived, I doubt it because it hasn’t even shipped out yet! Once again another company not communicating correctly, takes our money, promises the world I’ll never ever order from this site again! What bad horrible service! At this point you can keep the money! Yet again another disappointing online store! Rags!

Chimera Bong is the Bomb! After over forty years of plastic bongs, it was time for an upgrade. DankStop did not disappoint. The pipe arrived in a timely manner and I wasted no time trying it out with some of my home grown. Love the heavy glass and the simple design (I like simple). The Chimera hits are potent but smooth. Smoke a one hitter or the big bowl that comes with it, this pipe will get the job done. Extremely easy to clean with coarse salt and 91% alcohol. One-hit weed and the Chimera are a great match. I like this pipe so much I ordered another just like it in case of emergencies. Thanks, DankStop, for a great product at a great price!

Horrible Tried placing an order on Sunday, but the website wasn’t working. Then, a while later, my card is charged twice and I get 2 order confirmations. I immediately send a message to them, and have not heard back. The estimated delivery date is February 12-16th, yet I haven’t heard anything or even gotten any email about shipping. Tried the 24/7 live support, but that’s a joke as well. Doesn’t work.

Fantastic Business I ordered a nectar collector from here (with free shipping 🙌🏼) and they reached out pretty soon after to kindly tell me they were out of the color I chose. They gave me multiple options on how to proceed, including offering me a $10 gift card for the inconvenience. I chose to change the color and I bought a cute ash tray with the gift card! It was shipped really fast after that and arrived safely. Unfortunately, as we were trying it out my partner pointed out a 3/4” crack down the side. I figured it was too late for a refund/return because it had already been used but I shot them an email anyways. They quickly responded, offered me a full refund, and rounded up a few dollars too for the inconvenience. Fantastic customer service! There’s a lot of shops like this online but I will be a return customer to Dankstop specifically for the reasons stated above. Big thank you to Brian who was the gentleman helping me! Still waiting on the ash tray but can’t wait!

Is My Order Even Coming?? Wish I would've checked the reviews before dropping $500 with this bogus company. My order is unfulfilled and is apparently stuck "processing." Customer Service says it shipped, but can't tell me by what method, when it was sent, when it would be received, or anything! Best to try another company for a big purchase!
