Within the same day I had the best experience in customer service I’ve had in years!! Great customer service is hard to come by nowadays!! Good place to shop Had a prior bad experience with faulty vapes and avoided for a long time. Decided to give them another shot and they did very well order came quickly and they even called to let me know they were out of an item I ordered and let me select a different item. So far no issues with the pens but I also didn't order anymore kangvape 5000. I will continue to use this company as my go to.
