They are very helpful to every individual customer and have been especially helpful to me. They send out orders surprisingly fast and as one of the other comments mentioned offer compensation for orders that are not able to be sent out as soon as they should. Great products too, anything dysfunctional ever sent out is refunded. Again, can’t vouch for these guys enough.

Great effort A- The prices are highly competitive to many other sites. Makes for a discount when making a large order. I have experienced some issues with quality and functionality of product. It's been around <15% of items but it seriously depends on the brands themselves, so find the right brands. They work hard to resolve legitimate issues, in total they have resolved all but one $8 coil misship, but I've spent thousands.

Amazing customer service Best place to order vapes hands down. UPS dropped the ball and left my package “at the front door/porch” which i was told upon speaking with a representative. They did not ring my bell or anything and I live in a apartment building. Needless to say my package was gone. I spoke with vapemarkdown who I’ve ordered from numerous times with no issues always fast shipping and great products. They immediately rectified the situation and sent another package out. The customer service is amazing and I feel so bad that they have to go through situations like this with ups. I will never use anyone else to order vapes because I appreciate great customer service and they provided A plus customer service.
