Ship time and price is ok I’ve deleted my first review which wasn’t super negative just stated I had some faulty vapes the couple times I’ve ordered. Within the same day I had the best experience in customer service I’ve had in years!! Great customer service is hard to come by nowadays!! The gentleman from Florida was more than helpful and took care of my faulty products!! I am no longer gonna hesitate ordering again!! 😎 5 STARS

Sent them an email regarding this issue and received a call within the next hour from them to address the issue and provide solution. Great customer service, prompt response to issues and I honestly did not consider mine a huge issue for a first one after so many years

Good place to shop Had a prior bad experience with faulty vapes and avoided for a long time. Decided to give them another shot and they did very well order came quickly and they even called to let me know they were out of an item I ordered and let me select a different item. So far no issues with the pens but I also didn't order anymore kangvape 5000. I will continue to use this company as my go to.
