Ship time and price is ok I’ve deleted my first review which wasn’t super negative just stated I had some faulty vapes the couple times I’ve ordered. Within the same day I had the best experience in customer service I’ve had in years!! Great customer service is hard to come by nowadays!! Amazing customer service Best place to order vapes hands down. UPS dropped the ball and left my package “at the front door/porch” which i was told upon speaking with a representative. They did not ring my bell or anything and I live in a apartment building. Needless to say my package was gone. I spoke with vapemarkdown who I’ve ordered from numerous times with no issues always fast shipping and great products. They immediately rectified the situation and sent another package out. The customer service is amazing and I feel so bad that they have to go through situations like this with ups. I will never use anyone else to order vapes because I appreciate great customer service and they provided A plus customer service.
