They are very helpful to every individual customer and have been especially helpful to me. They send out orders surprisingly fast and as one of the other comments mentioned offer compensation for orders that are not able to be sent out as soon as they should. Great products too, anything dysfunctional ever sent out is refunded. Again, can’t vouch for these guys enough.

Best customer service ever! I had an issue with my order and contacted customer service via their website. The next day, I was contacted by Steve, who apologized and graciously corrected the situation. I am overwhelmed with the service he provided. I just naturally was expecting a fight but he listened and offered a solution. Thank you!

Vaparmark down is terrible I ordered a Mother's Day gift from this site sadly the package was eother lost or stolen and we never received it. When I reported it to the company they replied with a nasty reply all but saying I was lying bc I didn't know if the package was stolen or slow soo I gave it time to show up after mother's day came n went I reached out. I was rudely told to make a police report which I did then ghosted by the company... go local it is worth paying the extra 20 bucks

Ship time and price is ok I’ve deleted my first review which wasn’t super negative just stated I had some faulty vapes the couple times I’ve ordered. Within the same day I had the best experience in customer service I’ve had in years!! Great customer service is hard to come by nowadays!! The gentleman from Florida was more than helpful and took care of my faulty products!! I am no longer gonna hesitate ordering again!! 😎 5 STARS
