Sent them an email regarding this issue and received a call within the next hour from them to address the issue and provide solution. Great customer service, prompt response to issues and I honestly did not consider mine a huge issue for a first one after so many years

GBShip time and price is ok I’ve deleted my first review which wasn’t super negative just stated I had some faulty vapes the couple times I’ve ordered. Within the same day I had the best experience in customer service I’ve had in years!! Great customer service is hard to come by nowadays!! The gentleman from Florida was more than helpful and took care of my faulty products!! I am no longer gonna hesitate ordering again!! 😎 5 STARS

GBVaparmark down is terrible I ordered a Mother's Day gift from this site sadly the package was eother lost or stolen and we never received it. When I reported it to the company they replied with a nasty reply all but saying I was lying bc I didn't know if the package was stolen or slow soo I gave it time to show up after mother's day came n went I reached out. I was rudely told to make a police report which I did then ghosted by the company... go local it is worth paying the extra 20 bucks
