USPS Delivered to wrong address I ordered a puffco peak pro and USPS delivered to the wrong address and wasn't much help. THE DISCOUNT ISN'T WORTH IT! THE DISCOUNT ISN'T WORTH IT! The Puffco Peak Pro I ordered online arrived defective. The battery doesn't fully charge and lasts only a few heating cycles. Portable Hookahs doesn't return used devices. Thankfully Puffco warranty covers malfunctioning products. Have to ship my Peak Pro to Puffco and wait for diagnostics evaluation. Before I can get it replaced. Takes weeks. Worst purchase experience.
