Excellent Customer Service Overall, I had a very positive experience. There were a few issues with my order but communication and support were top notch and everything was resolved quickly. They contacted me when a problem cropped up (the item I ordered was out of stock) and we found a different style as a replacement. Then, when my order arrived, a few things were missing. Again they responded promptly to my email and immediately corrected the issue. In fact, they went above and beyond what I expected to make it right. Fast shipping. I will definitely shop here again.

THE DISCOUNT ISN'T WORTH IT! THE DISCOUNT ISN'T WORTH IT! The Puffco Peak Pro I ordered online arrived defective. The battery doesn't fully charge and lasts only a few heating cycles. Portable Hookahs doesn't return used devices. Thankfully Puffco warranty covers malfunctioning products. Have to ship my Peak Pro to Puffco and wait for diagnostics evaluation. Before I can get it replaced. Takes weeks. Worst purchase experience.
