I never worked with this company and… I never worked with this company and was leery about trusting online with all the times I have been ripped off. I called and Phil was quick to get back to me. He assured me that I wouldn't have anything to rip me off. I took a chance and with quick free shipping (arrived 3 days early) I got an unbelievable price on a Pax 3 (which is tough to find). After discount at $159 (unheard of), I got one that fully charged and linked with my phone. I am happy and would trust this company in the future.

THE DISCOUNT ISN'T WORTH IT! THE DISCOUNT ISN'T WORTH IT! The Puffco Peak Pro I ordered online arrived defective. The battery doesn't fully charge and lasts only a few heating cycles. Portable Hookahs doesn't return used devices. Thankfully Puffco warranty covers malfunctioning products. Have to ship my Peak Pro to Puffco and wait for diagnostics evaluation. Before I can get it replaced. Takes weeks. Worst purchase experience.
