GBNo More Itchies On June 25, 2023, I started my beagle and basset hound on supplements to stop the itching. Both of my dogs were itching and breaking out in a skin rash. The cause was unknown. I did not notice a big difference in their itching after 4-weeks, so I kept giving them the supplements. I began to see a difference at the 8-week mark, and I have to say this product does work and there is no more rash or itching. I continue to give the supplements daily and I wanted to say that giving the product time to work is the key. Every dog is different, and there may be dry kibble issues or a medical issue that needs to be addressed.

GBIn December of 2023 In December of 2023, my order was delayed for 3 weeks because it was addressed un-properly or mislabeled and sent back to you. The progress I was making with the itch relief was lost and has yet to be recovered. I have an elderly dog and this was the first product that was showing progress. I'm pretty disappointed that this occured. I'm still hoping I can get his skin issue under control. That is why I only gave 3 stars.

GBEmpty package was shipped Received the package, but all that was inside was an invoice and a flyer. No product. How do you ship an empty package?

GBI have been a PetScy customer for… I have been a PetScy customer for years. I purchased extra itch relief on one of your sales, So I called to put a hold on my account for 3 months. I was told that you couldn't do that, I'd just have to discontinue my subscription. I did discontinue, as instructed. Now, I have resubscribed and I get emails, inviting me to come back. If I'll come back, I'll get 20% off for life. I did resubscribe but I am not getting the 20% off. I received an email asking me to send the email that told me I'd get 20% off for life, which I did, but still haven't received the 20% off. I do use Itch Relief for my Bichon, and have been pleased. But, I feel all the emails to "come back" means that you don't know that I am a customer, and haven't honored the 20% for life.

GBgreat except if you want to return anything the service was always on time and product always what we ordered. BUT trying to get a refund is like pulling teeth three weeks ago or longer asked for a refund on a product our dog didnt need to take anymore and have yet to hear anything from them
