Helps with the itching & he is now… Helps with the itching & he is now getting fur again!

In December of 2023 In December of 2023, my order was delayed for 3 weeks because it was addressed un-properly or mislabeled and sent back to you. The progress I was making with the itch relief was lost and has yet to be recovered. I have an elderly dog and this was the first product that was showing progress. I'm pretty disappointed that this occured. I'm still hoping I can get his skin issue under control. That is why I only gave 3 stars.

Your products are excellent Your products are excellent. My dog is very picky about what he eats but your chews he just loves. He gets 1/2 of an itch relief chew in the morning and 1/2 of a joint relief chew at suppertime and won't eat anything until he has his chew. They are helping as he is scratching very little and, although he has not been on the joint chews very long he is walking better. We will continue on these.

Empty package was shipped Received the package, but all that was inside was an invoice and a flyer. No product. How do you ship an empty package?
