Disappointed Still have not received my two containers of Itch Relief. Delivery has been on time or early until this order. Please check.

I have been a PetScy customer for… I have been a PetScy customer for years. I purchased extra itch relief on one of your sales, So I called to put a hold on my account for 3 months. I was told that you couldn't do that, I'd just have to discontinue my subscription. I did discontinue, as instructed. Now, I have resubscribed and I get emails, inviting me to come back. If I'll come back, I'll get 20% off for life. I did resubscribe but I am not getting the 20% off. I received an email asking me to send the email that told me I'd get 20% off for life, which I did, but still haven't received the 20% off. I do use Itch Relief for my Bichon, and have been pleased. But, I feel all the emails to "come back" means that you don't know that I am a customer, and haven't honored the 20% for life.

Good Great service. But the method of payment fails and you imput a new method of payment the system does not work properly to expedite the order.
