GBMy Molly has been using your Itch… My Molly has been using your Itch Relief for about four years. It’s the only thing that calms her itch down. The vet says he doesn’t know what is causing her itch and said she should take Benadril. I don’t want to give her people meds. Itch Relief has been a god sent. Thank you

GBgreat except if you want to return anything the service was always on time and product always what we ordered. BUT trying to get a refund is like pulling teeth three weeks ago or longer asked for a refund on a product our dog didnt need to take anymore and have yet to hear anything from them

GBIn December of 2023 In December of 2023, my order was delayed for 3 weeks because it was addressed un-properly or mislabeled and sent back to you. The progress I was making with the itch relief was lost and has yet to be recovered. I have an elderly dog and this was the first product that was showing progress. I'm pretty disappointed that this occured. I'm still hoping I can get his skin issue under control. That is why I only gave 3 stars.

GBI`d give minus STARS ,but,you don`t seem to… I`d give minus ,but,you don`t seem to think it`s needed.You say you can cancel at ANY time not only is it not true it seems every tim I`d order something, you would automatically put it to subscription.I live on a Fixed income,and you have cost me Bank Insufficient Fund Fees,and you say you`ll charge $20.00 for returns over $80.00.I will be returning this order AS SOON AS IT ARRIVES,and you will have Lost at Least One of your Customers,Because of your policies.
