Didn't receive the vape I purchase. Didn't receive my vape with my FedEx package, just a bunch of random junk (e.g. sticker, silicone case, etc). The case was especially a slap in the face, since I don't even have a vape to put it on. When I contacted support they said "uh I dunno, maybe it was backordered or something." Now I'm waiting on an email from operations that may or may not come. Oh, and another week (at least) of waiting for it to actually come. I even took work off today so that I could be home when the package arrived because my packages have been taken from my apartment doorstep in the past.
