Very Good machine, have used for months Have used for months - works right everytime. Wanting to replace the heating element allowed me to find out that the whole thing seems very quality. It is even "designed for disassembly", making cleaning and replacement easy. No cheap snapped-together sort of thing you would break getting apart - this is strong feeling and has screws you can get to. Very pleased!

Dependability & Good Cust. Svc. I have been dealing with Vapor Nation for the past four years and have never had a problem. My first purchase was a Kandy Pens vape. It burned out after a couple of weeks, and when Kandy Pens wouldn't make it right, John in Vapor Nation's customer service did. Their customer service is what keeps me coming back.

I paid extra for 2nd day delivery, and still no order 5 days later. I paid $11extra for 2nd day delivery. That was on 2/20. I still haven't received my order 4 days later. I also haven't received an order conformation or an email with shipping tracking status. Update: Thank you for you response. I appreciate it and the shipping refund.
