GBJust received my rig and unfortunately… Just received my rig and unfortunately the mouthpiece had a small piece broken off of it. I emailed Samurai Blaze about it and within fifteen minutes had a reply saying they would send another one out tomorrow. That's awesome! Great customer service!

I love my Grav Coffee cup it hits soooo well without getting water in my mouth on a hard rip. Samurai Blaze has never failed to disappoint with their products, shipping, and customer service.
