GBBryce from Samurai Blaze was able to… Bryce from Samurai Blaze was able to help in getting a great pipe for me, the shipment came fast and the quality of the pipe was great. Some of the intricate designs on the pipe are a little brittle but it looks great. Only thing from being 5 stars was the availability of some items. Tried to purchase some other products but a lot was out of stock so the online website needs to be a little better with showing current inventory.

PLCancelled order, slow response My order's been cancelled without a good reason. For now they are not shipping an ordered products to my country. Although an address form allows it. Communication with the seller is slow.

GBFirst order with the company was good First order with the company was good, however this second time around has been really bad. I put in an order Friday (8/28). On Monday (8/31) I contacted customer services to see the status and they notified me it was already sent to the fulfillment center to be shipped. Now it's the end of the day on Tuesday (9/1) and nothing has happened since. I live on the East coast and Samurai Blaze operates very close to me. Now on Monday, I ordered some ejuice from a company all the way out in California and they have already shipped it out to me today! Not sure what the problem is with this companies shipping logistics. All other companies I've tried, and i've tried ALOT, have shipped the product out within 1-2 days of ordering. I'm coming up on five days since ordering and nothing has happened! (Edit) Gave them back the other 3 stars due to the prompt reply from customer service. I'm glad they actively read trustpilot reviews and work with the customers to fix the issue!

GBFantastic Company This is a legitimate company with very good business practices. Bryce has been phenomenal. I was accidentally sent the wrong item. I contacted support and Bryce responded in less than 30 minutes. In less than an hour he had the correct item already on the way. Received the correct item within 48 hours. Top notch customer service. They even have a rewards program which you never really see from a company in this category. By all means, give Samurai Blaze a shot if you haven’t already!
