They've got a nice wide selection of products. My second favorite thing to the customer care has got to be the price. I do a lot of comparison shopping before I make purchases. Just received my rig and unfortunately… Just received my rig and unfortunately the mouthpiece had a small piece broken off of it. I emailed Samurai Blaze about it and within fifteen minutes had a reply saying they would send another one out tomorrow. That's awesome! Great customer service!

Item out of stock after payment accepted Feels great to order something and have to ask about your tracking # more than a week later only to find out the item you ordered isn’t even in stock. I understand there are shipping delays due to covid, but an update before I had to reach out would’ve been appreciated.
