Samurai Blaze is lit I’ve purchased several times from Samurai Blaze and never had any issues. Items were exactly as described with fast shipping. I love my Grav Coffee cup it hits soooo well without getting water in my mouth on a hard rip. Samurai Blaze has never failed to disappoint with their products, shipping, and customer service. Since the Covid Samurai Blaze is the only head shop I’d use from the comfort of my home. Stay lit 🔥

Waiting is the hardest part

dynavap Haven’t received order yet, but did reach out to them to inquire in delay (nothing moved on my order for 8-9 days). I emailed them and they did answer the following day and was able to put it through. Interesting, my order was for dynavap accessories, the representative who emailed back stated that the site funnels dynavap orders over to dynavap directly. See what happens. Updated review from 2 to 4. Dynavap threw in a BB3 for the delay. Pretty cool. (FYI to shipping, BB3 barely arrived in packaging because the the little doob tubes you're using are opening up. The little one for the cap was ok, but the bb3 tube was undone and the glass was halfway out.)

Just received my rig and unfortunately… Just received my rig and unfortunately the mouthpiece had a small piece broken off of it. I emailed Samurai Blaze about it and within fifteen minutes had a reply saying they would send another one out tomorrow. That's awesome! Great customer service!

Item out of stock after payment accepted Feels great to order something and have to ask about your tracking # more than a week later only to find out the item you ordered isn’t even in stock. I understand there are shipping delays due to covid, but an update before I had to reach out would’ve been appreciated.
