Samurai Vape, Bryce Robinson & Samurai Blaze -- TRIFECTA! :-) I recently purchased the Samurai Vape. It came SUPER quick -- and it looks like an EXCELLENT unit (ESPECIALLY, given the reduced price!). I don't have a lot of prior experience with any vaporizers, and I'd sent Bryce Robinson some questions I had, via email. They got RIGHT BACK to me with MORE DETAILED instructions/tips (and just did so again a few minutes ago, with another email I'd sent from earlier this morning). AS ALWAYS, Bryce Robinson is going WELL ABOVE AND BEYOND being helpful; INFINITE THANKS, and I'm VERY eager to show this vaporizer to a buddy (who I think would like it a lot, too)! Making the HIGH road easier for all I continue to receive amazing service and awesome products from this site. Bryce is nothing if not helpful and friendly. They've got a nice wide selection of products. My second favorite thing to the customer care has got to be the price. I do a lot of comparison shopping before I make purchases. Fantastic Company This is a legitimate company with very good business practices. Bryce has been phenomenal. I was accidentally sent the wrong item. I contacted support and Bryce responded in less than 30 minutes. In less than an hour he had the correct item already on the way. Received the correct item within 48 hours. Top notch customer service. They even have a rewards program which you never really see from a company in this category. By all means, give Samurai Blaze a shot if you haven’t already!

Great place no real complaints Just received the product shipping is a lil slow to get out but otherwise it's a great place to shop especially if u have a legitimate excuse to complain they make it right some how... I will just them again

Bryce from Samurai Blaze was able to… Bryce from Samurai Blaze was able to help in getting a great pipe for me, the shipment came fast and the quality of the pipe was great. Some of the intricate designs on the pipe are a little brittle but it looks great. Only thing from being 5 stars was the availability of some items. Tried to purchase some other products but a lot was out of stock so the online website needs to be a little better with showing current inventory.
