Just received my rig and unfortunately… Just received my rig and unfortunately the mouthpiece had a small piece broken off of it. I emailed Samurai Blaze about it and within fifteen minutes had a reply saying they would send another one out tomorrow. That's awesome! Great customer service!

Bryce has been amazing he responded to… Bryce has been amazing he responded to my email very quickly and took care of my issue immediately. I will definitely purchase from here again!! Great prices and even better customer service!!!! A++

Samurai Blaze is lit I’ve purchased several times from Samurai Blaze and never had any issues. Items were exactly as described with fast shipping. I love my Grav Coffee cup it hits soooo well without getting water in my mouth on a hard rip. Samurai Blaze has never failed to disappoint with their products, shipping, and customer service. Since the Covid Samurai Blaze is the only head shop I’d use from the comfort of my home. Stay lit 🔥

Not really worth it The pictures are mildly misleading. The mouth piece is HUGE, the nail is tiny! So tiny I melted the silicon trying to heat it up. I also was led to believe in the initial transaction on the site that my custom fees were included in the total. Nope. While they do list an accurate price, and make it look included, you actually have to log into the shippers website and pay it separately which caused a 3 day delay because I was unaware. It is a silicone bong, was the right colour, but for the price I have to go pay for a proper nail I wouldn't have bothered. Definitely not worth the $200 total price tag and a week and a half waiting

FIVE STAR COMPANY Everything from the customer service to the variety of products offered as well as my purchase experience has been absolutely amazing! I have been enjoying my BAPE710 very much and super thankful to Samurai Blaze for the outstanding service I was provided with. Definitely recommend this company for any of your alternative vape needs! Five stars for sure!
