Samurai Vape, Bryce Robinson & Samurai Blaze -- TRIFECTA! :-) I recently purchased the Samurai Vape. It came SUPER quick -- and it looks like an EXCELLENT unit (ESPECIALLY, given the reduced price!). I don't have a lot of prior experience with any vaporizers, and I'd sent Bryce Robinson some questions I had, via email. They got RIGHT BACK to me with MORE DETAILED instructions/tips (and just did so again a few minutes ago, with another email I'd sent from earlier this morning). AS ALWAYS, Bryce Robinson is going WELL ABOVE AND BEYOND being helpful; INFINITE THANKS, and I'm VERY eager to show this vaporizer to a buddy (who I think would like it a lot, too)! Samurai Blaze's LOW prices, EXCELLENT response time and overall customer satisfaction will EASILY garner them an OUTSTANDING/SOLID/VERY DEVOTED customer base! First order with the company was good First order with the company was good, however this second time around has been really bad. I put in an order Friday (8/28). On Monday (8/31) I contacted customer services to see the status and they notified me it was already sent to the fulfillment center to be shipped. Now it's the end of the day on Tuesday (9/1) and nothing has happened since. I live on the East coast and Samurai Blaze operates very close to me. Now on Monday, I ordered some ejuice from a company all the way out in California and they have already shipped it out to me today! Not sure what the problem is with this companies shipping logistics. All other companies I've tried, and i've tried ALOT, have shipped the product out within 1-2 days of ordering. I'm coming up on five days since ordering and nothing has happened! (Edit) Gave them back the other 3 stars due to the prompt reply from customer service. I'm glad they actively read trustpilot reviews and work with the customers to fix the issue!

Item out of stock after payment accepted Feels great to order something and have to ask about your tracking # more than a week later only to find out the item you ordered isn’t even in stock. I understand there are shipping delays due to covid, but an update before I had to reach out would’ve been appreciated.

Just received my rig and unfortunately… Just received my rig and unfortunately the mouthpiece had a small piece broken off of it. I emailed Samurai Blaze about it and within fifteen minutes had a reply saying they would send another one out tomorrow. That's awesome! Great customer service!

Great place no real complaints Just received the product shipping is a lil slow to get out but otherwise it's a great place to shop especially if u have a legitimate excuse to complain they make it right some how... I will just them again
