Best online head shop So far they have never sent an item that was broken or stolen. The Smoke Cartels item I ordered was stolen by the delivery driver. He did picture proof delivery and put it in his pocket. So glad Grasscity doesnt use FedEx. Still never got a refund or replacement fro them either.
