Legends ! Legends !! Awesome glass bubbler. Best one I have bought yet and came withing 2 days

Broken quartz banger. I bought a dabbing rig which came with a broken quartz banger. I had trouble contacting grasscity but found out there support links were broken. After putting a review on trustpilot they reached out and told me the problem which has now been resolved and I am now very happy. A very good company that I would highly recommend and will definitely use again Thanks guys.

Great service and fast shipping. Great service and fast shipping make this company top notch in my book. Product came in fast timely manner and was exactly what was expected. A solid transaction and company.

Bad support Ordered to wrong address. Customer support did not respond until after the order shipped, even though I contacted them seconds after placing the order to correct the address. Subsequent emails/help tickets have gone unanswered. Buy local is the lesson I learned.

Two packages both packages missing items Ordered two packages both packages were missing items that were paid for and listed on the order invoice there is also no way of contacting support
