Broken quartz banger. I bought a dabbing rig which came with a broken quartz banger. I had trouble contacting grasscity but found out there support links were broken. After putting a review on trustpilot they reached out and told me the problem which has now been resolved and I am now very happy. A very good company that I would highly recommend and will definitely use again Thanks guys.
