Honest and trustworthy Thoroughly nice guy. Used him for years and always received excellent service. I had a query today regarding ordering a new product so I phoned him. Extremely helpful and informative and answered my questions immediately. Definitely recommend

VERY DISAPPOINTING PLEASE STAY AWAY !! My product (innokin t18 ii) have stopped working after couple of weeks. I emailed them twice about the issue, no response. I phoned them many times, no answer. It’s very sad to see people doing business only to rob people. At the very least they should have decent customer service. Shame on you vapourmate for outright robbing people ! I will be taking this further with ombudsman and others, don’t be surprised if your business gets shutdown !!!
