VERY DISAPPOINTING PLEASE STAY AWAY !! My product (innokin t18 ii) have stopped working after couple of weeks. I emailed them twice about the issue, no response. I phoned them many times, no answer. It’s very sad to see people doing business only to rob people. At the very least they should have decent customer service. Shame on you vapourmate for outright robbing people ! I will be taking this further with ombudsman and others, don’t be surprised if your business gets shutdown !!!

7 months and not a cigarette in site! Have been using products from Vapourmate now for 7 months, two of us and have not touched a cigarette since we started and now have no desire to. We always have menthol juice and love the Hangsen. Have tried other products but always end up binning them as they are just horrible. The delivery is very quick.

Good honest independent shop I’ve had the pleasure of visiting the store and ordering online. Great service instore with good honest service. And when ordering online I always receive orders timely. This time when the eliquid I ordered wasn’t in stock the manager communicated well and even sent me extra stock as an apology for it being late. A++ will shop again.
