GBSeparate shipping I like the fact that you offer a starter kit except for a fact that the advertisement was a bit misleading. I was under the impression that when I received it all I would have to do is open it, charge it then use it. My kit didn’t have the liquid with it which meant that I had to pay a separate shipping charge to get some.

GBGood deals but no heart for customers needs I would have given a 5 star review. I've been a customer on Breazy for about 4 years. Ordered something recently on black friday. 2 days after the order was placed it still wasn't fulfilled (no issue there) and I noticed the coil I picked was switched to TFV18 Mini instead of TFV18 Mesh. Well I voiced my concern, Davonae at Breazy said they couldn't fix it. It would have been a simple swap. The next day it was marked as shipped. I received my juice and the wrong coils. I asked to return them but apparently they don't do that even if it's from a system hiccup. If they took the time to view my order history they would see all I ever order are regular TFV18 Mesh coils and juice the last 10 to 20 orders. So.. I'm done with Breazy now. I don't care if they have good deals. They couldn't assist with an issue before it got worse.

GBI order 6 e juices at 12 milligrams I order 6 e juices at 12 milligrams. All different flavors. They sent 2 flavors of the same brand in 6 milligrams that I NEVER ordered. So instead of getting 6 bottles they sent 2. Stay away from this company because they will charge your credit card. Apparently they don’t know how to fulfill an order. I have contacted them and the credit card company. There are plenty of vape shops and Breazy will never get my return business.

GBHuge improvement with customer service!! Oct 4th 2022 Reached out to customer support and received a response that wasn't canned in just a few hours! Every day there's been communication about replacing items from my order that they're currently out of and they even swap items that they recommended because I didn't have time to look on the website got a confirmation that a package is on its way. I'm glad they've made changes and fixed the issues they had a year ago. Also nice that they didn't just say screw all the customers that were wronged Breazy replies with this 3.5 months after I posted my original review "Reply from Breazy Aug 12, 2022 Hello Matthew, We want to start off by apologizing for the order delays and complete lack of communication you received regarding your order. We are under entirely new Management, and are working to get back to the Breazy experience you expect. Team Breazy" A canned response to keep their reply to neg review % up. What a joke. I haven't received any type of communication under this "New Management"
