I've purchased from breazy.com a few… I've purchased from breazy.com a few times and never been dissatisfied. The delivery is on time as promised or earlier. Great products like SMOK and delicious vape juices in all sorts of brands.

Huge improvement with customer service!! Oct 4th 2022 Reached out to customer support and received a response that wasn't canned in just a few hours! Every day there's been communication about replacing items from my order that they're currently out of and they even swap items that they recommended because I didn't have time to look on the website got a confirmation that a package is on its way. I'm glad they've made changes and fixed the issues they had a year ago. Affiliate/marketing team non-responsive We were Breazy.com affiliate on PepperJam. There were a number of non-tracked orders. We submitted inquiries and sent emails a number of times. They never replied. - I emailed hello at breazy.com with the chain of emails starting with June 2020. Let's see if we get any traction there. - Contacted as suggested. Apparently company changed owners and they are not responsible for previous owners screw ups
