Good deals but no heart for customers needs I would have given a 5 star review. I've been a customer on Breazy for about 4 years. Ordered something recently on black friday. 2 days after the order was placed it still wasn't fulfilled (no issue there) and I noticed the coil I picked was switched to TFV18 Mini instead of TFV18 Mesh. Well I voiced my concern, Davonae at Breazy said they couldn't fix it. It would have been a simple swap. The next day it was marked as shipped. I received my juice and the wrong coils. I asked to return them but apparently they don't do that even if it's from a system hiccup. If they took the time to view my order history they would see all I ever order are regular TFV18 Mesh coils and juice the last 10 to 20 orders. So.. I'm done with Breazy now. I don't care if they have good deals. They couldn't assist with an issue before it got worse.

Separate shipping I like the fact that you offer a starter kit except for a fact that the advertisement was a bit misleading. I was under the impression that when I received it all I would have to do is open it, charge it then use it. My kit didn’t have the liquid with it which meant that I had to pay a separate shipping charge to get some.

I order 6 e juices at 12 milligrams I order 6 e juices at 12 milligrams. All different flavors. They sent 2 flavors of the same brand in 6 milligrams that I NEVER ordered. So instead of getting 6 bottles they sent 2. Stay away from this company because they will charge your credit card. Apparently they don’t know how to fulfill an order. I have contacted them and the credit card company. There are plenty of vape shops and Breazy will never get my return business.

Shipping issues have been fixed! Great service I previously left a review about slow shipping, but they have since worked out the issues with that it seems. Shipping has been very fast the last couple times I ordered - only took about 2-3 days to receive my order each time. The shipping is a bit on the pricey side ($14), but they almost always have a 25%+ promo that can mostly negate that cost. Their prices are also very reasonable and competitive. I used to buy the same vape juice locally for $20+ a bottle, but on their site it costs $9.99 regularly, so they seem to at least be mindful of the shipping cost and mark their product down accordingly so that it balances out (at least on the stuff I order/YMMV).
