The order was received promptly but the incorrect color was sent in error. I emailed to make them aware of the problem and they very quickly shipped me the correct color at their expense, telling me to keep the originally shipped incorrect item as a back-up. Lied about when my package was shipped… Lied about when my package was shipped out....just be honest and there wouldn’t have been any problem. Never returned my calls and they never answer when you call, you get a voice mail that you can’t even understand! Customer service is so unprofessional, will not do business with again.

STEEZY Bought this G Pen for my buddy who was an avid cart smoker to help him transition into the dab game. Great quality build with a good price and serves it's purpose with flavorful dry dabs. I recommend to anyone trying to get into dabbing but is hesitant about making the switch or is on a budget.

Great website The customer service is amazing! I recently had some complications with one of their Terp Slurpers (was completely on me). I reached out to them and within three days they reached me back and were very helpful. After I showed them some pictures they were kind enough to send a replacement. Highly recommend this website!
