Received my Ispire Wand super fast but… Received my Ispire Wand super fast but one of the accessories was broken, the rim had snapped off an inner bowl. They responded to my msg within an hour (found it in my spam folder,) had me take a pic, and emailed me a tracking number for a replacement the next day. Great service twice!!!

Outstanding Customer Service This was my first time ordering from The Stash Shack prompted by their great pricing and free shipping. The order was received promptly but the incorrect color was sent in error. I emailed to make them aware of the problem and they very quickly shipped me the correct color at their expense, telling me to keep the originally shipped incorrect item as a back-up. The Stash Shack's commitment to customer satisfaction is outstanding and they will continue to be my "Go to" source for vaping supplies! Thanks!!

The only vaporizer that you will need! Hello this is Roger Mierzswinski from Burlington, Ontario Canada. I've received my order, for the Tommy chong Aria dual use vaporizer. My item arrived in just a couple of days of me placing my order! The product is great! It vaporizers both dry herbs and concentrated products! The vaporizer is a great product for people who want to vaporizer that can vaporizer both dry herbs and concentrated materials with the same vaporizer! I highly recommend this product for everyone who needs a dual vaporizer! Roger Mierzswinski

Great prices Great prices, good communication and fast shipping. Found them simply because they had what I was looking for and it was $10 cheaper than anywhere else but I'll definitely be ordering from here again.

Great customer service... After notifying them that my product was defective, they wasted no time shipping a new one which is working perfectly! I'm a happy customer now that will definitely do business with them again.
