Was OK until it Broke I liked the Magnum 2 until it stopped working roughly 2 years after I purchased it. I took EXCELLENT care of the pen, and used it once a day (with a break of 10 months where it wasn't used at all). The battery/charge was always tempermental, but as long as I remembered to bring a charging cable everywhere, this was fine. NOW, the pen won't charge at all, and thus is useless. Since lithium-ion batteries degrade over time, I purchased a new one in case this was the issue; it wasn't. (I also purchased a new charging cable and tried different outlets). After about a year of use, it's a dud.

This little guy is awesome This little guy is awesome! I found only packing half full with a light tap down works great and I get ripped. Best part is the smell, virtually non existence. Only reason not 5 stars is battery life and price. You can pick up spare batteries and charges, but for 200 this should last longer. But for no smell almost worth a few extra dollars. Definitely worth it if smell is an issue.

I've only had my Magnum3 for a week and… I've only had my Magnum3 for a week and I really enjoy using it. I ordered the bubbler accessory but when I got it there was a small leak. I contacted customer service and they are sending a replacement. The product works well, the customer service is fantastic.

Review of the Magnum 3 dry herb vaporizer. Everything I’ve ordered from the Puri5 has come on time, and in a timely manner as well. I am VERY much enjoying the Magnum 3 dry herb vaporizer and have bought 3 new water filtering bong attachments for it due to having my dog run against the table the pen was sitting on and it fell and shattered the bong piece. If there was something I HAD to find to dislike about the Magnum 3 it would be that: It is very top heavy when you’re using the bong attachment. Make a stand so that it has less of a chance at breaking, is what I would do. Might bump up the price by just a little bit, but in my personal opinion it would be much worth it.

Repeated customer Repeated customer - I love the products, works really well but lost the chamber filter to my titanic 3. When trying to buy another part I was shocked to see the shipping costs of $50 for a $15 part. I Spoke to the team and was informed that nothing can be done to lower the price of postage and the method of posting could not be changed. I now have a £140 vape which cannot be used as I am not willing to pay $50 for a part which is near enough half the price for another vape. Think carefully before purchasing the product!
