Repeated customer Repeated customer - I love the products, works really well but lost the chamber filter to my titanic 3. When trying to buy another part I was shocked to see the shipping costs of $50 for a $15 part. I Spoke to the team and was informed that nothing can be done to lower the price of postage and the method of posting could not be changed. I now have a £140 vape which cannot be used as I am not willing to pay $50 for a part which is near enough half the price for another vape. Think carefully before purchasing the product!

I really like the results I get with setting different temps and using different grinds, packs, air flow, etc Only reason I don't give 5 stars is some of the instructions are not clear and I can't find reference with what to do with the oven screen, what is the deal with the half-moon shape and how should it be positioned in the chamber?

Honest REVIEW - BAD SERVICE / RUDE PEOPLE Honest review- One of the most over rated food services around been a month and have good repetition almost every 2 days and not to forget- they even have trouble in remembering if they hve sent the food or not!
