GBI've only had my Magnum3 for a week and… I've only had my Magnum3 for a week and I really enjoy using it. I ordered the bubbler accessory but when I got it there was a small leak. I contacted customer service and they are sending a replacement. The product works well, the customer service is fantastic.

GBThis product is the most defective… This product is the most defective piece of sh-it I've ever encountered. Mine wouldn't even charge I never got to use it at all. There customer service is even worse than there product they never replied or responded to my inquiry. So I'm disputing the charge with my bank.. fuc em. They are not gonna rip me off and get away with it. One of the buttons is even broken

GBReally great vape Really great vape. The mouthpiece gets a bit warm after three consecutive sessions. Only comes with one mouthpiece which kinda sucks but maybe I'm just being greedy lol. You will not be disappointed.

GBRepeated customer Repeated customer - I love the products, works really well but lost the chamber filter to my titanic 3. When trying to buy another part I was shocked to see the shipping costs of $50 for a $15 part. I Spoke to the team and was informed that nothing can be done to lower the price of postage and the method of posting could not be changed. I now have a £140 vape which cannot be used as I am not willing to pay $50 for a part which is near enough half the price for another vape. Think carefully before purchasing the product!

GBYour business is the best Your business is the best. I ordered a bubbler pipe, knew it would be easier on my lungs than a straight pipe. The packaging was phenomenal. I also got the charger and an x-tra battery. I was having some trouble figuring a few things out so I emailed your help department and they responded right away. You have a quality business, for sure!
