Worse company ever!!! Worse company ever!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from the website-you will never ever get your products!!!!! I ordered my products in the beginning of September. Is still do not have my order. To top it off NO ONE will answer the customer service phone number. I have a credit card investigation going on! I REPEAT DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THE WEBSITE!!!!!!

Manage Auto Shipments I have sent countless e-mails requesting that Holistapet grant customers the right to manage their own auto shipment date(s). Chewy, Amazon to name a few, allow the customer the ability to change their auto shipment date(s). I have to call or send an e-mail to get my auto shipment date(s) changed. Please give this request consideration. I don’t understand why Holistapet lists a phone number on their website but no one answers the phone…

Discontinued Ordering Discontinued Ordering I used Holistapet for several years, but discontinued ordering and now receive CBD for my dog from a different but trusted vendor. When I received some wrong product and all I was able to get from customer service is "we will contact you in 24 hours" The only word they didn't include was "NOT" (CBD is not inexpensive). It now has the feeling the company has been purchased or management greatly changed. Every interaction in the last year was completely different than when I started using their product several years ago.

Our rescue has anxiety with thunderstorms Rocky our rescue suffers anxiety with thunderstorms and fireworks. We live in an area where thunderstorms can pop up without any notice. I was given a prescription medicine for him with instruction to give 90 mins prior to a storm. Well, that doesn’t always work in our area and I don’t want to give him a prescription unnecessarily. When I came across HolistaPet CBD for dogs with anxiety I decided to give it a try. It works quicker and better than the prescription meds. AMEN and a thank you from Rocky and us!

Just received a email from holistapet… Just received a email from holistapet allegedly from their CEO , thanking me for being a customer, I’ve purchased many CBD treatments for my dog over a few years. However now when I click the link to open their website I get an Access Denied prompt pop up stating the site owner has set restrictions for me accessing the site .
