Worse company ever!!! Worse company ever!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from the website-you will never ever get your products!!!!! I ordered my products in the beginning of September. Is still do not have my order. To top it off NO ONE will answer the customer service phone number. I have a credit card investigation going on! I REPEAT DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THE WEBSITE!!!!!!

Cat with allergies My cat Esther had allergies and I used it to wipe her down to keep her from itching. I wish I gave it to her internally as well. Unfortunately she passed away quite unexpectedly and just received a new order. However, I am thinking of giving it to my friend's cat and refer your website to her. Thank you.

Horrible Customer Service According to tracking, my package was delivered, however I never received it. I understand that these things happen sometimes, but I tried calling Holistapet twice, and stayed on hold for a total of an hour. No response at all. Nobody ever answered my calls, and it was during their posted hours of operation. I’ve also tried calling DHL, and nobody will answer there either. In the meantime, my sweet dog is suffering. Great products…. Horrible customer service.

Treats +5** CustServ -10** While the product is awesome (Hard Treats For Cats), their customer service is the worst I ever had to deal with. Too sad, a company like Holiday Pet doesn’t make improvements even though there are plenty of reviews about their inferior customer service online. Also, improvements are needed on their website, especially adding payment information. It took me several tries (I mean more than a dozen) for the system to capture/accept it, with absolutely no help from customer service, even though I called an emailed them repeatedly.
