GBHorrible Customer Service According to tracking, my package was delivered, however I never received it. I understand that these things happen sometimes, but I tried calling Holistapet twice, and stayed on hold for a total of an hour. No response at all. Nobody ever answered my calls, and it was during their posted hours of operation. I’ve also tried calling DHL, and nobody will answer there either. In the meantime, my sweet dog is suffering. Great products…. Horrible customer service.

GBUsing CBD oil on our 12-yr old dog Have been using CBD oil on our 12-year old arthritic pup for about a year now. We are convinced that it is helping her as she has a lot more spring in her stepand does a lot better on her walks. We do give her twice the 'recommended' dosage for her weight because she is so arthritic.

GBGreat CBD oil but the bottle size shrank I have been consistent customer for at least a year now. Great quality CBD oil for my senior dog that has arthritis. Recently I am trying out melatonin as well. I reduced 1 star because I noticed the bottle size is shrinking and the site didn’t say the bottle size anymore, only the CBD strength. Increased pricing is fine, but should be transparent.

GBBest CBD dog treats I have been giving my dog Holistapet treats for years now and she absolutely loves them! Our dog suffers from anxiety, and these treats calm her down while offering a delicious snack that she loves. Recently when my dog was sick, I was supplementing her pain meds with Holistapet oil and treats, which helped her pain and increased her appetite. They were much easier on her system than the prescription meds and she actually enjoyed eating them.

GBTreats +5** CustServ -10** While the product is awesome (Hard Treats For Cats), their customer service is the worst I ever had to deal with. Too sad, a company like Holiday Pet doesn’t make improvements even though there are plenty of reviews about their inferior customer service online. Also, improvements are needed on their website, especially adding payment information. It took me several tries (I mean more than a dozen) for the system to capture/accept it, with absolutely no help from customer service, even though I called an emailed them repeatedly.
