Best CBD dog treats I have been giving my dog Holistapet treats for years now and she absolutely loves them! Our dog suffers from anxiety, and these treats calm her down while offering a delicious snack that she loves. Recently when my dog was sick, I was supplementing her pain meds with Holistapet oil and treats, which helped her pain and increased her appetite. Just received a email from holistapet… Just received a email from holistapet allegedly from their CEO , thanking me for being a customer, I’ve purchased many CBD treatments for my dog over a few years. However now when I click the link to open their website I get an Access Denied prompt pop up stating the site owner has set restrictions for me accessing the site .

Manage Auto Shipments I have sent countless e-mails requesting that Holistapet grant customers the right to manage their own auto shipment date(s). Chewy, Amazon to name a few, allow the customer the ability to change their auto shipment date(s). I have to call or send an e-mail to get my auto shipment date(s) changed. Please give this request consideration. I don’t understand why Holistapet lists a phone number on their website but no one answers the phone…

Horrible customer service and poor… Horrible customer service and poor business practices. Seemed better in the past; nonetheless we will shop elsewhere as the industry is replete with pet CBD vendors.

Treats +5** CustServ -10** While the product is awesome (Hard Treats For Cats), their customer service is the worst I ever had to deal with. Too sad, a company like Holiday Pet doesn’t make improvements even though there are plenty of reviews about their inferior customer service online. Also, improvements are needed on their website, especially adding payment information. It took me several tries (I mean more than a dozen) for the system to capture/accept it, with absolutely no help from customer service, even though I called an emailed them repeatedly.
