Great CBD oil but the bottle size shrank I have been consistent customer for at least a year now. Great quality CBD oil for my senior dog that has arthritis. Recently I am trying out melatonin as well. I reduced 1 star because I noticed the bottle size is shrinking and the site didn’t say the bottle size anymore, only the CBD strength. Increased pricing is fine, but should be transparent.

Just received a email from holistapet… Just received a email from holistapet allegedly from their CEO , thanking me for being a customer, I’ve purchased many CBD treatments for my dog over a few years. However now when I click the link to open their website I get an Access Denied prompt pop up stating the site owner has set restrictions for me accessing the site .

Best CBD dog treats I have been giving my dog Holistapet treats for years now and she absolutely loves them! Our dog suffers from anxiety, and these treats calm her down while offering a delicious snack that she loves. Recently when my dog was sick, I was supplementing her pain meds with Holistapet oil and treats, which helped her pain and increased her appetite. Customer beware. The worst website and customer service I have ever experienced. Could not reach an agent after 45 minutes on hold. Contacting better business bureau and my bank. Beware of this company’s business practices. Makes me very worried about product quality and safety.

Manage Auto Shipments I have sent countless e-mails requesting that Holistapet grant customers the right to manage their own auto shipment date(s). Chewy, Amazon to name a few, allow the customer the ability to change their auto shipment date(s). I have to call or send an e-mail to get my auto shipment date(s) changed. Please give this request consideration. I don’t understand why Holistapet lists a phone number on their website but no one answers the phone…
