GBHorrible Customer Service According to tracking, my package was delivered, however I never received it. I understand that these things happen sometimes, but I tried calling Holistapet twice, and stayed on hold for a total of an hour. No response at all. Nobody ever answered my calls, and it was during their posted hours of operation. I’ve also tried calling DHL, and nobody will answer there either. In the meantime, my sweet dog is suffering. Great products…. Horrible customer service.

GBTwo Senior Dogs We use HolistaPet's calming chews and CBD oils for our senior dogs. They are both 13 yrs old and are having some issues with joint paint and anxiety. GBOur rescue has anxiety with thunderstorms Rocky our rescue suffers anxiety with thunderstorms and fireworks. We live in an area where thunderstorms can pop up without any notice. I was given a prescription medicine for him with instruction to give 90 mins prior to a storm. Well, that doesn’t always work in our area and I don’t want to give him a prescription unnecessarily.
