GBHorrible Customer Service According to tracking, my package was delivered, however I never received it. I understand that these things happen sometimes, but I tried calling Holistapet twice, and stayed on hold for a total of an hour. No response at all. Nobody ever answered my calls, and it was during their posted hours of operation. I’ve also tried calling DHL, and nobody will answer there either. In the meantime, my sweet dog is suffering. Great products…. Horrible customer service.

A friend recommended HolistaPet because his dog also has cancer and has been taking the CBD oil for four years now and is living life seemingly pain-free. The guidelines are straightforward and the ordering process was easy.

GBJust received a email from holistapet… Just received a email from holistapet allegedly from their CEO , thanking me for being a customer, I’ve purchased many CBD treatments for my dog over a few years. However now when I click the link to open their website I get an Access Denied prompt pop up stating the site owner has set restrictions for me accessing the site .

GBTreats +5** CustServ -10** While the product is awesome (Hard Treats For Cats), their customer service is the worst I ever had to deal with. Too sad, a company like Holiday Pet doesn’t make improvements even though there are plenty of reviews about their inferior customer service online. Also, improvements are needed on their website, especially adding payment information. It took me several tries (I mean more than a dozen) for the system to capture/accept it, with absolutely no help from customer service, even though I called an emailed them repeatedly.

GBDiscontinued Ordering Discontinued Ordering I used Holistapet for several years, but discontinued ordering and now receive CBD for my dog from a different but trusted vendor. When I received some wrong product and all I was able to get from customer service is "we will contact you in 24 hours" The only word they didn't include was "NOT" (CBD is not inexpensive). It now has the feeling the company has been purchased or management greatly changed. Every interaction in the last year was completely different than when I started using their product several years ago.
