GBHorrible Customer Service According to tracking, my package was delivered, however I never received it. I understand that these things happen sometimes, but I tried calling Holistapet twice, and stayed on hold for a total of an hour. No response at all. Nobody ever answered my calls, and it was during their posted hours of operation. I’ve also tried calling DHL, and nobody will answer there either. In the meantime, my sweet dog is suffering. Great products…. Horrible customer service.

GBBest CBD dog treats I have been giving my dog Holistapet treats for years now and she absolutely loves them! Our dog suffers from anxiety, and these treats calm her down while offering a delicious snack that she loves. Recently when my dog was sick, I was supplementing her pain meds with Holistapet oil and treats, which helped her pain and increased her appetite. They were much easier on her system than the prescription meds and she actually enjoyed eating them.

GBThe product that I have been purchasing… The product that I have been purchasing for the past several years has helped my dog’s arthritis and inflammation in his hips and legs. He no longer limps, and is relatively pain-free. It has certainly improved his quality of life. Thank you, Holistapet.

GBHorrible customer service and poor… Horrible customer service and poor business practices. Seemed better in the past; nonetheless we will shop elsewhere as the industry is replete with pet CBD vendors.

GBCustomer beware. The worst website and customer service I have ever experienced. Could not reach an agent after 45 minutes on hold. Contacting better business bureau and my bank. Beware of this company’s business practices. Makes me very worried about product quality and safety.
