GBManage Auto Shipments I have sent countless e-mails requesting that Holistapet grant customers the right to manage their own auto shipment date(s). Chewy, Amazon to name a few, allow the customer the ability to change their auto shipment date(s). I have to call or send an e-mail to get my auto shipment date(s) changed. Please give this request consideration. I don’t understand why Holistapet lists a phone number on their website but no one answers the phone…

GBWorse company ever!!! Worse company ever!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from the website-you will never ever get your products!!!!! I ordered my products in the beginning of September. Is still do not have my order. To top it off NO ONE will answer the customer service phone number. I have a credit card investigation going on! I REPEAT DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THE WEBSITE!!!!!!

GBA great alternative to pain meds've been ordering CBD oil for my cat… I've been ordering CBD oil for my cat who is 14 years old and has spinalosis I couldn't touch him on his back by the tail. He would cry out. The vet prescribed pain medication but I wasn't interested in him being addicted to pain meds. So I took a chance with CBD oil. I've been giving it to him for a few months now and I can pet him in that spot and he is okay with that. His spinalosis is permanent but he is comfortable and happy.

GBI was having trouble trying to cancel a… I was having trouble trying to cancel a subscription with Holistapet and Janine Blakewell from customer support took care of it quickly. She saved me perhaps hours of trying to search for a way to do it myself. Thank you Janine!!!

GBTreats +5** CustServ -10** While the product is awesome (Hard Treats For Cats), their customer service is the worst I ever had to deal with. Too sad, a company like Holiday Pet doesn’t make improvements even though there are plenty of reviews about their inferior customer service online. Also, improvements are needed on their website, especially adding payment information. It took me several tries (I mean more than a dozen) for the system to capture/accept it, with absolutely no help from customer service, even though I called an emailed them repeatedly.
