Is still do not have my order. To top it off NO ONE will answer the customer service phone number. I have a credit card investigation going on! I REPEAT DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THE WEBSITE!!!!!!

USBest CBD dog treats I have been giving my dog Holistapet treats for years now and she absolutely loves them! Our dog suffers from anxiety, and these treats calm her down while offering a delicious snack that she loves. Recently when my dog was sick, I was supplementing her pain meds with Holistapet oil and treats, which helped her pain and increased her appetite. They were much easier on her system than the prescription meds and she actually enjoyed eating them.

USTreats +5** CustServ -10** While the product is awesome (Hard Treats For Cats), their customer service is the worst I ever had to deal with. Too sad, a company like Holiday Pet doesn’t make improvements even though there are plenty of reviews about their inferior customer service online. Also, improvements are needed on their website, especially adding payment information. It took me several tries (I mean more than a dozen) for the system to capture/accept it, with absolutely no help from customer service, even though I called an emailed them repeatedly.

USCustomer beware. The worst website and customer service I have ever experienced. Could not reach an agent after 45 minutes on hold. Contacting better business bureau and my bank. Beware of this company’s business practices. Makes me very worried about product quality and safety.

USThe product that I have been purchasing… The product that I have been purchasing for the past several years has helped my dog’s arthritis and inflammation in his hips and legs. He no longer limps, and is relatively pain-free. It has certainly improved his quality of life. Thank you, Holistapet.
