I ordered a double chamber glass bong I ordered a double chamber glass bong. The top chamber doesn't hold water. It seems to have a small crack or hole in it. I sent a short video of the water draining out of the chamber to Sam in customer service and she had another one sent out right away. They were very responsive, helpful, and friendly. Near non-existent customer service presence. Out of every online store that sells vaporizers of many varieties, I can safely say this is the worst place to buy one period. Customer service is virtually unreachable through the slim M-F 12-5 PM window provided, even if you shoot an email during the timeframe. Agents take anywhere from 2-4 days to respond to an inquiry on an item I purchased over three weeks ago that still hasn't shipped. The phone number that's provided on their website is disconnected, so there's no way of talking to anyone through that avenue. If you enjoy possibly waiting a month for an item to ship to you, with no concrete details of when it will arrive, then, by all means, this is the place to order from. Otherwise, avoid ordering anything from this company.
