Positive Feedback I saw a lot of horrid reviews about this company. However I would like to say I ordered my item July 3rd, and received exactly what I wanted at a great price yesterday! Their web site states shipping the product out can take time due to COVID.

Caveat emptor I've waited three days for some type of communication confirm some form of progress on my order. After I saw that the charge has went through on my card, I went ahead and attempted to call the business. The calls never went through and the number that was provided by my credit card company was responded with a machine saying calls were not accepted at this time. In addition to this, the web page with the order status does not load consistently if at all. All of these factors obliterates any faith I have in this company.

I ordered a double chamber glass bong I ordered a double chamber glass bong. The top chamber doesn't hold water. It seems to have a small crack or hole in it. I sent a short video of the water draining out of the chamber to Sam in customer service and she had another one sent out right away. They were very responsive, helpful, and friendly. I'll definitely order from Everyone Does It again.
