Poor quality, looks like second or defective products Ordered two devices. One was full of some very sticky blue residue.it is all over inside and out. Both similar products were poorly constructed and the hole were the down pipe goes is badly deformed with rough uneven edges making it almost unusable. Had to do what I could with tape and silicone, but definitely not first rate. Did not expect to get rejected seconds.

BEWARE Beware. They sent me the wrong item - incorrectly labeled by them. Very slow communication; several emails later, and two weeks from when I first ordered, they sent me the correct item but incorrect color. I would never order from them again.

Great experience After having worked with their help team about a broken price that came with my bong, they agreed to ship me a replacement for free. Great customer service and the initial shipping time was less then three days and I’m on the opposite coast. Would recommend this company to anyone.
