Poor quality, looks like second or defective products Ordered two devices. One was full of some very sticky blue residue.it is all over inside and out. Both similar products were poorly constructed and the hole were the down pipe goes is badly deformed with rough uneven edges making it almost unusable. Had to do what I could with tape and silicone, but definitely not first rate. Did not expect to get rejected seconds.

Both bongs were better than imagined Both bongs were better than imagined, only thing is (this is not a complaint by any means) the UFO perc bong that we got as our second bong didn’t have any measurements on the website, we thought it was going to be small but it’s actually HUGE. 100% worth it, 3-5 shipping was free and only took 2.5 days, they had it en route to my region in 2 hours after purchase. Also threw in a free wooden spinner bowl and didn’t charge us for our rolling papers. Great website, will be using again.

Everything was great My order came a little late but the customer service made it right once told they upgraded my shipping so i could get my product quicker considering the already delayed shipment the item i originally ordered was out of stock but they upgraded me to one in my opinion is better than what i had originally ordered. So all in all great experience. Def recommended
