Great experience After having worked with their help team about a broken price that came with my bong, they agreed to ship me a replacement for free. Great customer service and the initial shipping time was less then three days and I’m on the opposite coast. Would recommend this company to anyone.

Poor quality, looks like second or defective products Ordered two devices. One was full of some very sticky blue residue.it is all over inside and out. Both similar products were poorly constructed and the hole were the down pipe goes is badly deformed with rough uneven edges making it almost unusable. Had to do what I could with tape and silicone, but definitely not first rate. Did not expect to get rejected seconds.

Disapointed I am honestly surprised to find the stem for my beautiful new hand blown green bubbler broken. Wwithout the stem the draw is harsh. Not wanting to wait for a replacement I crazy glued it. It works. But I'm sti'll disappointed the stem isn't in new condition.
