No order number adter taking money I placed an order yesterday, but when I paid, the system prompted me to recheck my bank card number. Then I re-entered it, but the payment still failed. Then I thought there was something wrong with my bank card, so I changed it again. I tried paying my credit card, but it still didn't work. When I checked my bank account today, I found 7 more payments and 2 more payments on my credit card. But I didn't receive any order confirmation number from you. I would like to ask when my money will be returned to my bank account.

Products are finally shipped - after a week! Products are finally shipped, after I reached out in email. Here is the problem with this clown shop, they literally took an order, took payment, then sat on the order for a full 7 days before shipping it out. How does that happen? If that’s normal operating procedure then I suggest selling the shop and finding something less customer focused.
