GBI actually had a problem with VaporDNA… I actually had a problem with VaporDNA when I placed an order and it wasn't shipping. I contacted several times over a week and a half and every time the same jerk responded with the same pasted in reply that didnt really respond to my inquiry. I was about to write this site off forever but I wrote one last email and was lucky enough to have a different agent answer it. She solved the problem but the way she solved it made me a lifetime customer. Now, everytime I order I remind them all that they owe the order to the work of the good agent. I've referred a bunch of friends here and they all rave about the service so they must have gotten rid of the jerk.

GBNO ORDER NUMBER ADTER TAKING MONEY After going through the checkout and filling out all of my info and paying I recieved an error stating the address didnt match the system however money left my account and I have never had that issue before. I have recieved no confirmation email, order number or anything apart from the money leaving my account. HELP

They Were Very Patient Emailing Me And Delivering The Exact Manufacturer I Wanted As Charlie’s Chalk Does Outsource Some Of There Juice To “BRS” And “AVAIL” I Find The Original To Have A Better Flavor, They Hand Picked Them And Made Sure I Got What I Needed On Time Give A Day Or Two Difference But There’s Covid And Also Was A Holiday. GBStay away they laugh about their customers First order they took almost a week to ship, apologized about the holidays bla bla bla. So I decided to give them a 2nd chance, it is almost the 2nd week and they still haven't shipped it claiming that there's "unexpectedly delay". 2 freaking weeks! Because of this I returned to smoking real cigarettes. These guys laugh about their customers and couldn't care less. They're worse than any governmental office.
